Great place, will stay again but could do with either a better sofa or a tv in bedroom

Loved the location for the event we were going to at Farnborough international. Also great for plenty of eating choices.. Plenty of space in the apartment and it was very clean. The bath/shower were great. Loved the layout and the cooking facilities were fab. Parking was right outside. Will definitely stay again x

The living room area could have done with a better sofa as it was so uncomfortable especially for 2 people, it was tiny and the cushions dipped into the centre so not comfortable at all. Or The bedroom could do with a small tv so you can watch in bed. It doesnt need both but somewhere comfortable to watch tv and relax after a long day would be great.

Excellent place for families and longterm stay. Feels like home.

The flat was nice clean and spacious. It had all necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable stay. Everything was new. The parking was in the back which was 5/day. The neighborhood is nice and has grocery stores close by. It is also close to highway. I would definitely stay again. Excellent choice for family and longterm stays.

The communication with management was bad. I made several calls to get clean towels and toiletries and I received them after 3 days. There was no way to get immediate help or assistance. I would have appreciated if we received housekeeping more often. If customer service and communication can be improved then I will have nothing to complain about.

Spacious, comfortable stay.

It was spacious and had everything you needed. It was also very clean upon arrival. The location served our purpose.

The ventilation is quite noisy, and we had to pause it quite frequently. The bin in the kitchen had smelly (a fish smell) water at the bottom for some reason. Although the keyless entry seems like a good idea, it did become tiresome having to type in codes at two (2) doors after a while.

Superb

Very nice and cozy place, perfect for when you work at Farnborough Airshow (very close). Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine was a huge advantage.

The apartments are beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchens are well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

The wardrobe doors only open half way so the drawers could not be opened and there is no where to hang dresses. So I couldn't unpack. Entry is by way of keypads. I was locked out during a power cut because the front door to the building has no battery backup. I was afraid of being locked out of the apartment because the code was so long I couldn't remember it and the key pad is very sensitive so I had difficulty entering the code. I did email the help desk about this and the failure of the automatic bathroom light to switch off and did not think they were sympathetic. The couch in my apartment was very uncomfortable to sit on. There is no one on site to help

Value for money.

Good location and good servicing - nice and clean. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.

Double bed uncomforatble (could feel the springs) and sofa was also uncomfortable. Bathroom light never went off on sensor - it was on 24 hours a day - reported but not fixed. Ceiling lighting in bedroom 2 never went off completely - down lighters glowed all night - reported but not fixed.

Lovely aesthetics but not comfortable!

Beautiful interior through the whole place Exceptional bathroom Whole flat well equipped Very secure with door lock code

The sofa is the smallest and most uncomfortable I’ve ever seen! Definitely can’t sit and relax with another person on it! Also - I couldn’t abandon the sofa for the bedroom to watch TV as there’s no TV in the bedroom at all Parking charge is also bad - no obvious reason as to why you’re charging for parking

In general, the apartment is really good and very comfortable. The facilities are very clean and the apartment provides you with all the essentials. Definitely will come back

The apartment provided did not match the pictures in the description. Room with no windows and living room with tiny windows. The staff politely offer another choice, but was stil far from the pictures.
