Great, family run guest house, ideal for business travellers

The room was rather small but it did have everything that I needed for my short stay and was clean. The breakfast was fantastic - 10 out of 10 for choice and quality.

breakfast, choice and quality. Rooms warm, comfortable and clean. As did not cater for other meals, plates and cutlery available to use s you could eat in the rooms.

Enjoyable and comfortable

Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Room was clean and tidied upon leaving. Quite a lot of space in the room. The bed was comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was awful, the bathroom was too cramped, the water draining from the shower was too slow, possibly a building regs issue and the exhaust fan should have remained on for at least 15 minutes after the shower had finished, another building regs issue.

Very nice guesthouse!

Very nice guesthouse, has everything you need and very comfortable and quiet.

I thought a little pricey at first but in a good location for me however its a great stay so the price was reasonable. Just wished breakfast hours increased so I could have sampled before I left!

Good breakfast menu selection.

I received a text from Diana confirming self check-in information on day of arrival. Fair size room with nice double bed. Excellent breakfast both mornings. Cooked by different cooks. Even asked by Dudley if I wanted crisp or normal bacon ! Good menu selection. Would stay again if in area.

On street parking was a bit of a problem as I arrived fairly late after 09.00pm but better next night as earlier. As I booked late I was allocated the room at the top of the guest house in the roof two flights of stairs.

Great stay for one night and super hot cooked breakfast

Great place if staying around Farnborough. Quiet residential area, easy parking. They kindly upgraded me from a single to a double as they had a spare room. Good communication and lovely hot cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed (but on the top floor up steep stairs so ask). Huge house with landlord on site which is always a plus.

Farnborough traffic on a Saturday morning early but nothing to do with the B&B!

The guest house and room were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with an excellent choice, including cereals, yoghurt, juices, and a variety of cooked options. All in all, a good stay.

Room was a single, small but well equipped. All facilities worked well. Communication from the hosts was good before and during stay. Breakfast was really nice. Location really close to the Farnborough base where I was working. Parking on street was free and plentiful

We really enjoyed it and it was very pleasant.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Nice ambiance and decor . Easy to follow instructions for check in and entry.

A better duvet, what I had was adequate and suitable. However a few extra blankets would be nice too.

great value for money , friendly and well situated place

this is a great value for money bnb well located in farnborough ( short walk to north camp centre and to the airport) the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is really nice with a good choice of options.

Charming guest house and comfortable stay

Booked this last minute for a client visit with work. The hosts were immediately on it with late check in information and everything went smoothly on the day. The room was spacious and clean, with all expected facilities. Breakfast was charming, and location was good being straight off the A-road.
