Everything ok, but personnel manners and attention

Location close to metro, breakfast buffet and facilities

Rudeness of front desk people. Not just the lady, but a guy on Sunday morning swift. I asked for water, to fill my water bottle as I was living in a long trip. He told me: “you can take tap water in the toilet”. Unacceptable answer for a two nights guest at the hotel. I told him: I’m asking for the free mineral water you have under the desk. Further more, the day we arrived, they assigned a very nice room. Almost an apartment. Five minutes later they phoned us, asking to leave that room as it was a mistake. We had already unpacked and used stuff. We kindly accepted and came downstairs. Was really offensive the way this happened, and despite=p it was their mistake, I had to ask her to repair the situation. Really upset, the hostess accepted my inquire for, at least, free breakfast. She never mentioned to do so, or even offer any attention and in really bad manners, she gave us just one day breakfast for free… I insist, they might’ve lost a signature in receptionist ways to deal with mistakes with passengers in their preparatory

The receptionist on shift on 20 April was extremely rude. I went down to report a problem with my room and she started yelling at me!

Great stay in Berlin

Good location close to public transport and many shops and restaurants (especially a very good italian restaurant right next to the hotel). The hotel is well maintained and clean and has a beautiful design, very elegant and luxurious. Our special request was taken into consideration and we received a room with a view on the back side of the hotel which was well isolated and didn't hear any noises from outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Big spacious room as well. Free bottles of water and beer in the minibar which are a nice gift for the guests.

Super location

Excellent location for visiting museum island and Alexanderplatz. Friendly English speaking stuff. Luggage storage facilities. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. They cleaned daily and also refilled welcome water and beer!

The rooms are a bit outdated

The hotel met all our expectations!

The hotel is quiet and provides a pleasant rest. The cleanliness is exceptional. Rooms are equipped with everything necessary. The beds are extremely comfortable!

The only downside I have is that in the triple room (although the primary room is a double with an extra bed), we received two bottles of water, two beers, two coffees in the room, and a mini fridge. I'm sure this would have been corrected if we had contacted the reception, but it wasn't a problem for us at the time.

Sehr gutes Hotel, wo wir auch wieder buchen würden. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und auch der Schrank. Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal am Empfang war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften auch früher einchecken. Der Kühlschrank wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt, Auf den Matratzen konnte man sehr gut schlafen.

Das Waschbecken war nicht mehr im besten Zustand und in der Badewanne war etwas Lack abgesplittert.

Sehr gute lage, keine 3 min zur U-Bahn, auch gut Ruhig, Sehr gutes Früstück und guter Zimmerservice.

Buena relación calidad/precio.

Las habitaciones son amplias y el servicio de limpieza es correcto. El baño también nos gustó en cuanto a tamaño. Pedimos almohadas a mayores y nos las dejaron sin problema. El confort en general del hotel nos dejó muy satisfechos. Ubicación céntrica en un lugar tranquilo al lado de una parada de metro.

Las almohadas de la cama nos parecieron muy incómodas. Son cojines blandos y el primer día solo nos dejaron 2. Tuvimos que pedir otros dos a mayores y sin problema, pero aún así yo cambiaría esas almohadas.

Great hotel in a great location for sightseeing

Great location and a nice hotel with comfy beds and kept clean. Good shower as well. Perfect place for sightseeing with a metro station right outside linking you to all the main attractions and even the airport

Centric place, acceptable price. Gets same distance from east Side Gallery than best places in Mitte

They charged me twice as a "mistake" for not getting the information right from booking. The money was returned in 4 days, not their fault. But imagine the stress of being charged twice for a 7 nights stay.

Si vuelvo repetiré en este hotel.

La habitación era mejor de lo que pensaba. Son super atentos con el cliente y te cuidan mucho. Sin hablar del servicio de sauna y gym gratis que con el frio que hace en la calle se agradece. Un 10 para mi gusto.

Tal vez el servicio de desayuno es un poco caro pero puedes desayunar visitando la ciudad en cualquier lado.

Besuch der Weihnachtsmärkte in Berlin

Für Berliner Verhältnisse ein recht ruhiger Ort. Das Zimmer war großzügig gestaltet und das Bett super. Sehr freundliches Personal und guter Service.

Leider war nur ein Fahrstuhl in Betrieb was zu verzögerungen führte. Eine Gardine hätte eine Wäsche verdient gehabt. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

La ubicación era genial, las conexiones de metro te dejaban al lado del hotel. Las almohadas es cierto que es lo peor que tiene la habitación, porque la cama en sí es cómoda. Te reponían siempre el agua o la cerveza, lo que nosotras no bebíamos mucha cerveza, pero el agua se agradecía.

Great value with dated charm.

We were assigned room 715 which was very spacious! A kitchen, big bathroom and sort of open space with the bed and couch/sitting area. Views of street with lots of windows. Dated but in a cool way. Great bed.

One broken elevator and maids monopolized the one working elevator 😡Long wait and then crowded with large carts. Our room had a big tub with shower; dated and bit of danger climbing in and out.

Home away from home

A limpeza do apartamento. Simpatia dos funcionários, que me presentearam com um espumante no dia de meu aniversário. Água e cerveja cortesia. Café da manhã bom.

Elevadores - um deles quebrado, ficou assim durante toda minha estadia, e um outro sobrecarregado, demorando muito.

Das geräumige Zimmer mit Blick auf das Märkische Ufer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich Die Lage ist prima, mit nahegelegener U-Bahnstation und fußläufig zur Museumsinsel.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist gut, leider war der U-Bahn-Eingang neben dem Hotel geschlossen. Die Sauna im Hotel ist klein, aber fein und wurde nicht von vielen Gästen genutzt. So hatten wir die Sauna an 2 Abenden ganz für uns allein. Die Nikolausüberraschung an unserer Tür hat uns sehr gefreut! Die Waschmaschine zum selbst benutzen ist super! Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider hat nur ein Fahrstuhl funktioniert, was zu längeren Wartezeiten geführt hat. Der Eingang zum Hotel von der Straße aus ist - wenn man mit schweren Koffern anreist- ungünstig, da es nur Treppenstufen und keine Rampe gibt.

Se necesitaria una escoba y recogedor o disponer de aspirador pequeño porque cuando nieva (habitual en Berlin) la habitacion se llena de las piedras anti hielo que hechan en lss calles y que se sdhieren al propio calzado y es incomo estar en la habitación.

Gern wieder...

Das Zimmer mit sep. Schlafzimmer konnten wir wie geplant als Dreibettzimmer nutzen, was günstiger war, und hatten uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sogar schon vorbereitet war, als wir kamen.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr beengt, was für alle Beteiligten nicht zuträglich ist. Dies soll sich aber demnächst ändern, habe ich schon erfahren...

No air-conditioning in a 4 star hotel, a little loud if is hot and you have to leave the windows open. Kitchenette is just a kettle.

First ngt,room was a disgraceful, size, Second ngt change room was nt much btr, 2 ngt stay was £410 ,and that wasn't including breakfast, Absolutely shocking, Breakfast a disaster nvr enough out. I Could go on and on ,so much more, but can't be bothered, Do Not Stay Here.
