Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Sehr zentral gelegen, großes Apartment.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments entspricht bei weitem nicht dem der Realität. Das Bad ist schon sehr „retro“. Duschvorhang und Armatur laden nicht zur Nutzung ein.

Superb place to stay for groups and families

Superb location and facilities. Very clean and spacious. As well as very friendly staff.

The apartment did not have salt for cooking. The only point which can be improved.

War spitze!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen mit nur wenigen Metern vom Brandenburger Tor. Konnten von dort immer gut starten. Wenn wir das nächste mal in Berlin sind werden wir auch wieder versuchen dort ein Apartment zu bekommen.

Aufzug ging nicht und das Treppenhaus müsste mal überarbeitet werden

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Location superb. Very clean & great layout.

(Very minor issue!) - pillows were a little too soft. Could have included some clothes washing detergent in kitchen supplies. And my daughter suggests some hair conditioner in bathroom would be helpful.

Maravillosa estadía, piso espacioso y excelente ubicación

El departamento estaba super lindo, espacioso, luminoso y limpio. Excelente ubicación, además fuimos con una persona en muletas, tuvimos problemas con el alquiler de una silla de ruedas y en recepcion al preguntar nos dieron una gratuita!! Muy agradecidos por eso, no lo esperábamos. Maravillosa estadía! Recomiendo 100%

Por poner una pega, el piso no tiene aire acondicionado por lo que en verano puede ser algo caluroso, también para ser un piso tan grande para 5 personas, el hecho de que hubiera un solo baño fue algo lioso. Pero todo perfecto igual

The apartment itself was lovely and open and spacious. Can I please suggest a mobile fan of some description to cool things down as the weather was extremely’ hot & a microwave oven.

The building complex within which was our apartment, has a depressing entry level, stairwell & lifts … it is quite grubby and needs a good paint job or something to brighten it up.

Een plek waar je ALLES in de buurt hebt met de ruimte en vrijheid van een appartement.

Het appartement leek wel net in gebruik zo schoon en netjes was het. Ook is het appartement op een perfecte plek. Winkelcentrum, cultuur, eettentjes, supermarkt, parkeerplaats allemaal op een paar minuten lopen.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Door de taal is het wel wat lastig om elkaar goed te begrijpen maar het ging hier om standaard zaken dus geen problemen. Het zou met nog wat meer interesse kunnen dat zou het perfect maken. Voor hetzelfde geld kun je ook een hotel met ontbijt krijgen. Dus het is waar je voorkeur naar uit gaat.

The watter kettle was broken - didn’t turn off automatically. Bad smell in the WC. Bad sound isolation. Was no iron, but said that ir will be. Little bit old fashioned inerior.

Appartement pouvant être très bien MAIS !MAIS !....Dommage!

Très bien situé Salle avec salon agréable et spacieux Propre

Fermeture a 17h le dimanche: peur de ne pouvoir arriver a l'heure :difficile de récupérer ses clefs (surtout quand on est étranger) : des passeports envoyés par mail et non reçus .. )donc vous essayez de vous débrouiller pour faire 550 kms pour arriver avant 17h.La sérénité totale !!!!!Ou est l'esprit du service au client ? Ouverture de l'accueil a 9h .Si vous partez avant (décision prise en dehors de l'ouverture ),vous laissez les clés sur la table ,vous tirez la porte (sécurisée )ET vous recevez une menace de devoir payer 200 euros pour clés non rendues .....Il suffisait d'aller vérifier!!!!!!!!! Nous voyageons beaucoup avec booking sans jamais de problêmes . Salle de bains minuscule avec une douche très très petite (je suis moi-même petite ....)sans rangement hormis un mini meuble (2 petites tablettes de 40x40) Lit de deux personnes (bien) dont une place située le long du mur :très pratique .... Il y a des adresses dans l'appartement ,concernant un cordonnier !,un blanchisseur !!..mais pas d'adresses de parking !!!! L'accueil même ,n'était pas a même d'en donner ,hormis après insistance ,un parking en face, a 40 euros /jour soit 160 euros pour 4 nuits . Je voulais un parking payant :nous avons du chercher +++ comme nous pouvions, en perdant beaucoup de temps . PAS DE MICRO-ONDES !!!!!Le plus important quant on demande un appartement ,c'est pour avoir le minimum et non pas une machine a laver le linge dans une minuscule salle de bain..... Faire fonctionner la douche avant que le client n'arrive :odeur forte de pourri pendant un certain temps Essayer d'avoir un accueil pouvant traduire n'importe quelle langue !Je parle a peine Anglais ni Allemand sans être pour cela non lettrée (on m'a donné cette impression d'être une idiote !!!!!!!!!!!!(je parle d'autres langues mais pas celles la !!!!Un peu dilettante l'accueil !!!

Ausstattung spartanisch, wieso ein Esstisch mit Glasplatte? kein Mikrowellengerät, aber Geschirrspülmaschine für vier Teller und Tassen.Sehr schlechte Luft durch die ständig laufende Belüftung in Küche und Bad. keine Möglichkeit die Raumtemperatur zu beeinflussen, außer die Fenster zu öffnen, dann aber Verkehrslärm … Keine Ablage in der engen Duschkabine für Seife oder Shampoo… Alles nicht sehr einladend gestaltet.

Well located, good if you want to cook for yourself.

The location was excellent for my meetings and works to do. A walking distance from Potzdammerplatz and very central. I was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. The last day I discovered a supermarket close by. The apartment is clean and there is all you need but but not very cosy.

I found the bed extremely uncomfortable. Way too hard but that could be personal. There was an ironing board but no iron.

Gerne wieder, hier kann man es auch etwas länger aushalten. Alles da für Familie und Versorgung!

Die Lage ist top, es wären 11/10 Punkten. Daher ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis wirklich sehr gut. Das APP ist sehr sauber gewesen, der Weg durch Hausflur und Aufzug sollte aber aufgewertet werden. Es war alles da, was man für die tägliche Versorgung braucht. Wir hatten in der oberen Etage auch einen tollen Ausblick!

Der Weg von der Haustür zur Wohnungstüre erschreckt etwas. Im Haus war aber alles friedlich und ordentlich.

Berlín bien merece este apartamento

La localización al lado puerta Brandeburgo con muy buena conexión en metro, un studio muy acogedor cama salón comedor en un hueco amplio muy luminoso con gran ventanal, completamente insonorizado y aislado se tal forma que no pusimos la calefacción y hacía 1 grado por la noche, la cocina completa con lavavajillas y lavadora en el baño

Nos gusto todo, yo en particular cambiaría la cortina baño por una mampara, el resto perfecto

Actual apartment was further away than the advertised address - however it ended up being closer to the Mall of Berlin and supermarkets so it was ok.

Excellent location, comfortable apartment but beds are very hard.

The location to Central train station, markets and tourism attractions is excellent. UBahn and S-Bahn stations very close by. Very convenient location.

The bed are rock hard and the pillows are non-existent, like a few bits of stuffing in a huge pillow case. Slept on couch as more comfortable.

Perfect for a weekend stay.

Perfect location near Branderburger Tor, close to Berlin Mall and U-bahn station. The apartament is vast, with fully equipped kitchenette, clean sheets and towels.

Fijne appartementen op een uitstekende locatie.

Uitstekende locatie, vlakbij Brandenburger Tor. Metro vlakbij. Appartement is superschoon en wordt zorgvuldig onderhouden. Alle basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Aardige ontvangst bij receptie.

Het was erg warm binnen en regelen van de temperatuur was niet mogelijk. Bed had betere tijden gekend: kuil in matras en kraakte. Stortbak van toilet kapot, kon tijdens ons verblijf niet worden gerepareerd. Plus: er werd ons wel de mogelijkheid geboden om naar een ander appartement te verhuizen.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the apartment and would stay there again

Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Great location and awesome views of the city. Furniture was basic but very comfortable. Washing machine worked well and there were clothing racks for drying clothes. Close to train station for easy access for sight seeing

Kitchen was sparsely equipped and very small fridge/freezer. It would have been a challenge to cook a proper meal with the supplied equipment. Bathroom was a bit too small for 4 people.

Location and space second to none

Size and location excellent. Nice and bright and check in process out of hours all worked well. Had a washing machine!

No air conditioning which might bother some people- we went in September so no issue for us.

Convenient position for exploring Berlin

The apartment is spacious for a family of 6. Basic furnishings but you don't need fancy when exploring the city. We felt safe and it was close to many sight seeing places like Checkpoint Charlie and Brandenburg Gates.

One of the mattresses was super hard.

Appartamento nuovo, molto carino e spazioso a due passi dalla Porta di Brandeburgo e dal monumento dell'olocausto. Posizione veramente ottima per girare il centro. Vicina anche la metro. L'appartamento era pulito, silenzioso, con letti molto comodi e un bel salone con vista monumento per l'olocausto. Attorno ci sono diversi ristoranti tipici e bar per la colazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ci ritornerei perché siamo state proprio bene.

Un po scomoda la vasca da bagno, preferisco il box doccia.
