Nhow Berlin sur la Spree c'est Waouh !!!

Les chambres toujours aussi incroyables j'adore la déco, le must : vue sur la Spree. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est fabuleusement délicieux. Le check-out à midi super. L'ascenseur fleuri tellement "rafraichissant" !!!!

Sehr besonders, da alles in pink gehalten ist.

Es ist schon sehr viel pink 😉, leider waren die Fenster extrem dreckig und die Klimaanlage alt und laut.

A really great Berlin hotel!

A really great hotel, stunning location, fun decor, excellent facilities, and one of the best hotel gym and spa I have stayed in worldwide. Breakfast is great, plenty of space to just hang out, the architecture is pleasant, rooms a good size, the TV's modern and connect to laptops, and good value for money on top of it.

Tolles Hotel, was unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat, sehr gerne wieder und klare Weiterempfehlung!

Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig, sowie sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Gerade auch bereitgestellte "To-Go"-Becher empfanden wir als äußerst positiv.

Nettes Personal

Furchtbar hässliche Zimmer und Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels. Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Bier an der Bar 7,50€!!! Morgens hat man ewig gebraucht um einen Fahrstuhl zu bekommen, um nach unten zu gelangen. Ein Treppenhaus war nicht auffindbar.

Schöne Tage mit meiner Cousine

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer im 10. Stock phänomenal…eine tolle Aussicht! Die Ausstattung war top, es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Das Frühstück war fantastisch, da blieb wirklich kein Wunsch offen! Es gab sogar Currywurst zum Frühstück 😁 Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt!

Es war leider nur eine Nacht, aber wir kommen wieder!

Der Einrichtungsstil inkl. Farbgestaltung zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel, wirkt aber nicht übertrieben, sondern sehr stilvoll und detailverliebt. Das Zimmer war schick, funktional, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Sehr schön finden wir die Möglichkeit Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zubereiten zu können. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war der Hammer, reichhaltig, frisch und extravagant in der Auswahl und die pinken Brötchen ein Hingucker. Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir länger....

Nice Hotel, nice workers, but some weird noise didn't let me sleep.

Beds are comfortable and you have a nice variety of teas to prepare for your self. The lobby and bar have a nice and funny decoration. The scrambled eggs were awesome!

Too many pink stuff :), but the real bad thing were : 1. The pillows had a funny smell, I'm not sure if those were not properly cleaned or if it was a bad soap. 2. The worst was that during the night I started hearing a noise. It was 1am and I was not able to sleep, so I called to the front desk. The guy who was working that shift came to understand the situation but couldn't do much because he didn't manage to find the source of the noise, so he assumed it was "a cleaner". Next morning I talked to my colleagues who were sleeping in different floors and they all heard the same noise.

Schönes Hotel mit Charme in pink.

Frühstück war sehr lecker. Direkt an der Spree. Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß. Kaffee-/Teebereiter im Zimmer. Aufzüge mit Musik. Alles in pink.

Es gab für zwei Personen nur eine große Bettdecke im Queensizebett. Der Mitarbeiter war beim Einchecken etwas ungeduldig.

Nasz pobyt ogólnie mimo drobnych niedogodności uważam za bardzo udany.

Słabe działanie klimatyzacji oraz chłodziarki w pokoju. Napoje po wyjęciu były tak samo ciepłe jak przed włożeniem. Pokój schładzał się do komfortowej temperatury cały dzień .

Nice hotel... cool interior and nice and helpuf staff. It was clean.the motto is cool but the music in the corridors is too lid and annoying over time

The room was ok. It was kind of used. The TV was not always working and the location is not perfect (there are no shops or restaurants around the corner) metro station is 10mins walking

Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll … Music im pinken aufzug, personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, zimmer superschön und sehr sauber direkt an der spree,super desingn und das schönste und umfangreichste buffet was ich je gesehen hab in deutschland ich bin absolut überwältigt von diesem hotel

Es hat alles gestimmt, aber wie schon erwähnt - ohne Frühstück.

Wir haben nur 1 Nacht nach einem Konzert dort verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel, 31,00 Euro pro Person !!!

....... es war sehr nett, denkt man nicht an die Kosten von 2 Zimmern für fast 400€ und an die Farbe

.... das Zimmer war ein bischen " drüber" mehr Barbipuppe geht nicht, das mag aber auch an meinem Alter liegen, .... ich gehöre nicht mehr zu der Hippstergeneration !! Super Frühstück, muss aber auch sein zu den Preisen ! Kurzer Weg zur Arena, das war uns wichtig, ansonsten wie überall in Berlin, sch... Verkehr.

... die aufdringliche "Vereinsfarbe" Pink, ich denke die Zeiten sind vorbei, ich kam mir vor wie in den neunzigern und musste immer an Lila Pause denken. Berlin ist bunter als nur rosa !!!!

Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage nahe der Mercedes Benz Arena und der Mall of Berlin ist ideal. Bis zum Alex sind es auch nur 2-3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Design des Hotels und der Zimmer ist sehr musikalisch. Zum Beispiel spielt in jedem Fahrstuhl Musik verschiedener Musikrichtungen und sie sind anders thematisch gestaltet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und man bekommt auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Die Speisen wurden stets nachgefüllt und es fanden Temperaturkontrollen statt.

Nicht ideal ist die Parksituation. Bei unserer Ankunft waren alle Parkplätze belegt. Letztlich haben wir in der Mall of Berlin geparkt (10€ für 24 Stunden), die in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Die zentrale Lage und das frühstücksbuffet. Auch war die reinigung sehr gründlich und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Ich fand die Kommunikation sehr anstrengend. Das hotel kann man schwer erreichen und die buchungen erfolgen in einer zentrale, die das eigene hotel nicht kennt. Als ich etwas vergessen hatte, habe ich angerufen und sollte eine email schreiben, obwohl ich nur ums eck war und telefonisch sichergehen wollte, dass mein kalender noch da ist. Die kollegin an der Rezeption meinte auf meine nachfrage nach sinn und Effektivität zickig, sie könne mich auch durchstellen, wenn ich das unbedingt möchte. Der kollege von der Reinigung war dann sehr nett und habe mich mit ihm in 10 Minuten verabredet. Direkterer und zentralisierter Kundenservice würde dem Hotel nicht schaden, welches ansonsten super ist.

Perfektes Wochenende

Das Zimmer war groß mit genügend Ablagefläche. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl, hilfsbereite Servicekräfte, es wurde immer nachgelegt. Fußbodenheizung im Bad hat mir auch gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt einige kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe und zu Fuß kann man problemlos die U-Bahn Station erreichen.

Schönes Hotel, aber mit einigen Enttäuschungen

Schöne stylische Unterkunft in echt guter Lage direkt an der Spree. Die Einrichtung ist neu, modern und schick. Das Angebot an Snacks, Getränken und einigen Drogerieartikeln in der Lobby ist außerdem eine klasse Idee.

Die Badezimmer sind nicht direkt abgetrennt. Wenn man als Paar verreist, sicherlich kein Problem, aber unter Freunden manchmal ein wenig komisch. Dies war meiner Meinung nach auch schwer im Vorhinein zu erkennen. Außerdem gab es auf Booking die Möglichkeit eine Zimmervariante mit 2 Einzelbetten, statt einem Doppelbett zu wählen. Dieses Zimmer kostete auch 10€ mehr. Als man jedoch im Hotel angekommen war und einchecken wollte, wollte man davon nichts wissen und ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten war nun nicht mehr möglich.

Good location, fun hotel but service could be improved

Amazing building and location. Nice decoration and concept.

The division of the bathrooms and the living space was not well designed, this having experienced the normal room and the junior suite (after upgrade). Furthermore, the hospitality service has some room for improvement.

Nice rom.

Contemporary style, city view, comfy bed, nicely designed bathroom. Overall, it had a nice and welcoming atmosphere and very helpful staff.

Cleaning can be done more thoroughly, we found a pair of socks and a shopping receipt behind the curtains.
