Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente pessimo… 210€ di 3 notti per una stanza simile la ritengo una truffa legalizzata. Personale scortese, totalmente indisponente e svogliato. Per un piccolo imprevisto ho dovuto fare il check-out alle 11.10 (invece delle 11) e la receptionist ha iniziato ad urlarmi qualcosa in tedesco; io stavo cercando di scusarmi per il breve ritardo ma successivamente ha chiuso la porta della reception impedendomi di fare il check out.

Très bien situé. Bonne salle de bain.

150 euros la nuit pour un semblant de couloir comme chambre, pas incroyable. Rapport qualité/prix vraiment mauvais.

Wer nur einen ordentlichen Schlafplatz such, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Wer mit dem Zug nach Berlin kommt, braucht nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof mit Straßenbahn fahren und direkt gegenbüber dem Hote aus.

Leider gibz es im Hotel keine Möglichkeit Speisen und Getränke einzunehmen. Es gibt zwar direkt am Hotel eine Gastronomie, aber erst ab 10:00 Uhr kann man dort frühstücken.

Saubere Betten, tolle Lage

Badezimmer: Zahnbecher musste getauscht werden, Spiegelablage weiste noch Rückstände auf, Spiegelbeleuchtung mit Kontaktfehler, äußerst rutschige Dusche, kein Regal für persönliche Sachen; Sonstiges: kein heißes Trinkwasser für Tee oder Kaffee vorhanden, noch dazu Wasserkocher verboten. Besonders im Winter ärgerlich. Personal wirkt nicht gerade entgegenkommend. Persönliche Meinung: für uns eigentlich kein Hotel, sondern eine Zimmervergabe im 2. Stock eines heruntergekommenen Altbaus.

Adequate room, but not what we booked.

Good location not far from hauptbahnhof.

We booked a room with a sitting area separate from the bedrooms. The photos looked fairly updated, with a decent kitchen area. But the room we got had no sitting area, was very small (I have bruises from trying to just walk around the bed) and had a tiny, very outdated kitchen area. I messaged about the wrong room and got no response. We also found dirty men’s pants and underwear at the edge of the bed from a previous guest so I question how well the room was cleaned…

Love it !

Its very near to the station , 10 min walk exactly . We had been here with family . They enjoyed the stay. Best part is Penny is opposite to the Hotel and We could quickly grab some food for my little one. Staff were very friendly , I also forgot my phone charger and the lady helped me with that as well. Wifii is very good. Very near to jump into hop on hop off buses. Water is very very hot and heating is awesome. Its a peaceful stay i would say. Some restaurants are also near by if you want to have a good food. We ran out of drinking water in the midnight and its awesome that hotel provided with drinking water near the reception. Its very budget friendly hotel. Just book it if you are in a vacation as you wont stay in the hotel for long either way .This hotel has all you need ,SIMPLE.

It's good as a budget option. I would choose this again if I was price-conscious.

The room and location were alright - they met my expectations. And it was all clean.

I didn't like the acoustics - I could hear my neighbours having a discussion and almost every part of their conversation. Thankfully, they were quiet during the night. Otherwise, it would have been a serious problem. The bed was pretty hard but for one night's stay, it was acceptable.
