Schöne Auszeit im "Townhouse "

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für jeden was dabei. Einfach nur lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr ruhig und angenehm.

UNESCO Welterbe

Angenehme gehobene Ausstattung im Hotel, Tiefgarage unterm Hotel, Sauna und Fitness im Haus, sowie ein Restaurant mit WIENER Speisen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, genügend Annehmlichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr schön restaurierte Altstadt. Zu Recht UNESCO Welterbe.

Unterschiedlich motiviertes Personal, Zimmer nur oberflächlich gesäubert. Bei Teppichbödenflecken sollte auch entsprechend Reinigungszeug im Putzwagen sein. Türen und Türzagen total verspritzt, hier auch öfter reinigen.

Die Lage war perfekt. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den historischen Marktplatz sind zu empfehlen.

Top Lage in der schönen Wismarer Altstadt, sehr engagiertes Personal, moderne Ausstattung

Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte für den Preis größer sein Leider war während meines Aufenthaltes nur 1 Sauna an, die Dampfsauna außer Betrieb

Zentrale Lage am Marktplatz, trotzdem ruhig. Freundliches Personal Großartiger Saunabereich mit Ruhezonen und Balkon mit Blick über die Stadt

Zimmer relativ klein Das angebotene Frühstück erschien sehr teuer, wir haben daher in Cafes gefrühstückt Technische Probleme beim Vorab-Checkin

Wismar is a lovely walkable town. Townhouse Hotel is a good location for sightseeing—near or farther out.

I liked pretty much everything about the hotel. It's a true 5-star hotel approach to the clients. I missed the opportunity to visit sauna and they kindly arranged it for me individually. Also it was great that my kid got a comfy low bed. This improved the quality of sleep for every member of the family.

Would be amazing if sauna worked 24 hours or at least till midnight and opened at 9:00 or 10:00, not at 12:00.

Nice helpful staff, nice room, good location and possibility of a garage.

First we had contact with staff via mobile who let us park the car in their garage. We were then admitted in person and checked in and given the opportunity to upgrade the room standard. Then help with attractions. The next day started with a nice breakfast. The main advantage was the staff, then the nice room, the breakfast and also the possibility of a garage. Very good, which is why we hope to appear with You again. We would like to say Thank You!
