Descanso después de un viaje largo

El personal amable y cooperativo, el servicio de guarda equipaje , muy bien. Ubicación también bien.

No tienen el detalle de revisar que todo esté en orden o se les paso, y el despachador de jabón estaba vacío. La palanca para accionar la regadera y no la tina había que estarla presionando para que funcionara. La tina no tenía tapón para poder contener el agua y no se fuera. Como solo fue una noche, yo solo me bañe y dormí. Otra cosa es que supuestamente había contratado el que que incluía el desayuno, y no fue así. Ignoro que salió mal.

Great Stay!

The staff was super friendly! We were traveling with a dog and they made the check-in very easy after a long day of travel. The area around the hotel was safe and the bed was very comfortable!

The towels could be replaced with new ones.

Superb

The staff were great and our room was clean. Tv, remote, and ac all worked. The bed was extremely comfortable, which was so nice after so many not so comfortable beds.

When we first arrived, we weren't sure if the place was open. The building is in need of some updates. The flooring in our room was a wood laminate that was extremely water damaged and buckled.

Decent place for a one-night stay

Basic hotel, fine for a one-night stay as we were passing through Coatzacoalcos. We booked because the hotel was pet friendly and we had our cat. Decent breakfast selection and everything was clean. Right across the street from a mall and restaurants. We liked having a bathtub for our baby.

We had to ask for an extra towel because they only gave us one. Everything was sort of dated and the building felt small.

Nice stay at NH Coatzacoalcos

we only stayed there for a night, but the room was very spacoius and very clean. Verxy comfortsable bed as well.

They have hot water for showers.

The pool is next door. Booking.com said there's a hot tub. There isn't. The phone didn't work. The TV control didn't work. Basically the building, beds, and water is nice. After that, the other hotels I've stayed at in Coatza are better.

easy access, safe parking, nice clean room, hot water and comfortable bed

watch out for extra pet fee, it was 400 pesos so 20$ which is higher than anywhere we stayed in mexico

Clean and Comfortable.

It was perfect for our overnight stay. Desk clerk was friendly and efficient and spoke excellent english. Very clean with comfortable bed. There was a security guard outside in the early morning, so presume the parking was secure. Would definitely stay here again.

No restaurant but we knew that when we booked.

Old rooms, dirty linen and towels, noisy air conditioning. I am surprised that this hotel operates under such a famous brand. Not a 4 stars!!!
