The location was great. An early check in was accommodated which was nice.
Although the breakfast was standard, I was surprised that a charge would be made if more than two cups of coffee was consumed. There was also no coffee/hotpot in the room. The room was grossly hot even with the radiator turned off.

Our room and bathroom were a good size overlooking the small courtyard garden. The staff at breakfast were excellent, very efficient.
Unfortunately there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Struttura ben arredata, accogliente e pulita. Possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento. Per la colazione si va in una veranda passando da un giardino molto carino.

Excellent location, fantastic service, very stylish, quiet area and yet close to everything. Large, comfortable room.
The bathroom was large so perhaps the shower cubicle could be a bit bigger although perfectly adequate

The staff were incredible; so kind, generous, and always there to help. Also, we loved the breakfast in the morning, they made incredible coffee and had lots of pastries... and what a perfect location!
There is really not much to say that was negative about this experience, top notch hotel and I would recommend to my mom.

The garden of the hotel
There was no hot water in the shower, breakfast was poor poor poor- the women in breakfast told ue we got 2 boild eggs so its enough, the nespreso machine didnt work, no elevaitor to the second floor. The location is 15 min. Walking from the center-thats ok. Not a 4 star hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and the view from the balcony was great. The size of the room was pretty good and roomy and the room comes with a fridge which is great during the warmer months. Within a 10-15min walk to the city centre. We had a lovely stay.
The bathroom looks like it needs a bit of a facelift but it didn't bother me or impact our stay at all.

We got upgraded to the junior suite due to having our 10 month old son. The travel cot was comfortable for him and our room was clean and spacious. Outside courtyard area was beautiful and the staff were very attentive with our drinks at the bar. Really helpful printing out directions to our next hotel stay for us
Breakfast was good but there was not a huge option of cooked breakfasts. Would have been nice to see cooked vegetables such as mushrooms or tomatoes for a vegan in my party.

Good location, easy to walk to sights, good restaurants nearby. Staff is super helpful and nice.
Garden area is beautiful.
Door was bit stiff and we had to use a bit force to close it which caused unnecessary noice.
Overall very nice hotel.

It had a lovely garden which you walked through to get to your rooms, (ok if it's not raining).
The breakfasts were poor, if you had the bacon and scrambled egg option, each of the four days we were there it was only just "warm". You were limited to the no. of coffees you could have without there being an extra charge.

Very professional set up and warm welcome. Room facilities and bathroom were great. Breakfast options were superb including the outside terrace area.
My room was near the entrance reception lobby and sometimes people are noisy - could be managed better.

The hotel is in a nice location, very quiet and the room is big enough.
We had to wait to have breakfast because there were not enough tables to sit all the guests and the service was a bit slow with not enough food variety.

We liked the Orangerie for breakfast, the space was lovely, the breakfast well selected, and the breakfast staff was very kind and helpful.
Our check in experience was lacking. The Front Desk agent was not interested in engaging or informating us. They did not tell us much about the property, location or amenities including the wine available in the afternoon. Once in our room, we came down as our AC was not working on a very hot day. The same person advised us that the hotel's AC was off for the winter and there was nothing he could do to help us. In his words " I cannot give you what you want" . Later that evening, upon returning to our room, the AC was on...so go figure?!
The Front Desk Agent the following two mornings was lovely and helpful.
