Good location, the room is a nice size.
The shower is small, no dish cloths in the kitchenette though - which was very inconvenient.

Location
This was the stop over for the night on way to a Galla dinner, load shedding challenges has been an everyday thing in South Africa where i reside for the past years, not having reached a new level sadly. The hotel room had one light working during load shedding in the room. This light was locked so you could not move it around. Hence no light in the toilet nor any electricity for any other purpose.
It was impossible to stay and complained to the front desk. Left after 30 minutes and wrote a letter on booking.com to the place to which the decided to never respond. This is the worst hotel experience and service I have had traveling extensively in Africa for 30 years and then op top they charge well over Rand 2.000 for a room.

Location - good bus route; local bars, restaurants, supermarket
No generator for electricity during 'LOAD SHEDDING'; Multi-level so had to negotiate stairs with luggage

Great location and free parking
Can be a little noisy at night, as close to bars and restaurants. Pool is not close to the rooms and is small.

the room was nice
We couldn't find the entrance the intercom to the car park didn't work. They charged us 50R extra when checking out for one night parking! Which they do not tell you about

Very central, close walk to Kloof Street. Has underground parking that came in handy when it rained. Room was very spacious, neat and clean. Check in was super easy and staff really friendly.

For downtown location and price, nicely furnished, good security and great firm bed.
Noise from popular downstairs tex-mex restaurant can carry to some areas--if you aren't a night person be sure to get a room away from that side.

Beautiful hotel! Great value for money and stunning rooms which are very well equipped. Great location just off the vibrant Kloof Street and the entire process was smooth sailing. So glad I stumbled upon this gem.
Only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. The smallest sounds can easily be heard from other rooms, in addition to the restaurant vibes from below.
