Fantastic

I love that the TV is set to quiet music, that the room is warm or cool, depending on the weather conditions and that there is a light on when we arrive.

A pleasant stay in a nice apartment.

It’s in a great location. Easy walking distance to all in the CBD. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

While the reception staff are friendly and helpful, the desk is only open 9-5 which can make it difficult for those traveling from interstate. While they do try to assist you for after hours check in.

Pleasant stay for a good price - close to the Rundle St buzz but also close to where we were meeting

Room was nice and spacious

Bed was a little uncomfortable for me - perhaps a little hard, and also the pillows were not what I am used to.

I would stay again, thanks to the Manager and staff.

The location was well suited for my needs. When there was a problem with the internet in the entire hotel, the manager was quick to respond, rectify and compensate for the inconvenience.

The internet was not available for over 24 hours, a technical issue out of the hotels control.

Great accommodation with good service.

The apartment was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and a spacious living area. Also there was a complete kitchen and European laundry.

Opposite the apartments is a hotel which is noisy with music and lots of people at night.

Comfortable and great location

We were quite frazzled and exhausted when we arrived but the customer service from Mansi at reception was exceptional. She was so patient and kind. The location was great. The rooms and the beds very comfortable.

The street parking is ticketed but told ok to park there for check in - this information needs to be communicated at the time of booking. Basement parking was ordinary and should be included in the cost of the room.

Good location, prompt and friendly service, clean and tidy.

Rooms were decent sized and comfortable. Kitchen was workable. Location was easy to find with parking nearby. It was easy to get to the places we required.

Needed extra blankets in the bedrooms as it was quite cold at night, but the heater worked well.

Lovely apartments and great location

Excellent location and lovely apartments, nice facilities

The room smelt like curry when we first arrived and we couldn't get our air conditioner to warm the room (the room was a little too cool after coming in from very cold weather outside)

Great!

Stayed there under previous management. Location is the way to go. Still a great place to stay and value for money.

Car park is always a tight squeeze…nature of its placement…noting you can do just be alert when negotiating it!

Decent value for money but could use a few uplifts

Room was clean and a good size

The bedding was pretty stiff and uncomfortable and the sofa bed was almost falling apart.

Nice central stay in the city. Unfortunate no on-site parking but can park a block away in Wilson Park

Choose to where we wanted to be

The car parking was not good, we got a piece of parker talking us what to do but what we had to do was the complete opposite of the directions very confusing. It needs to be looked at

It was ok and pleasant, good locale but poor value for the money and the bed has to be replaced

location size of apartment

bed in the 2nd room - single and terribly uncomfortable. small old 15+ year old television = not good enough for $600 per night could hear nearby construction/road works going on during the middle of the night night

Pleasant and convenient to all Adelaide activities like Rundle Mall and the Casino by foot.

Nice rooms.

Car parking was confusing. We were looking for a number and the numbers on the ground had one number and then a new one over the top of it. Poorly lit. I tripped over the concrete blocks on the ground behind the cars. Instructions for how to open the door to get out of the building were unclear. No mirrors in each bedroom so we had one mirror to use to get ready to get ready in the mornings. Gap between shower and sink dirty.

Was ok for the price.,

Location to North Terrace tram service and cafes and restaurants was excellent. Security was good and secure parking excellent. Staff very friendly.

There was a strong curry smell in the corridor and a slight smell in our room.
