Was Great! Will stay here again

Location, price, view and general tidiness & cleanliness was great!

The dining room table chairs need updating very uncomfortable and unsteady to sit on. Sofa was okay but could do with some upgrading.

Very relaxing and great sightseeing.

Excellent view, beautiful beach and close to other patrolled areas of the beach strip. Water was perfect, 27 degrees Celsius. Easy walk from our accomodation to their 'only' tram route. Caught the bus from Coolongatta Airport to this tram connection and 4 stops later was in Surfers Paradise, then an easy walk to our accomodation. Did the reverse on our way back, so easy. Did not hire a car, just took the tram!

No oven in the apartment, so had to rely on a microwave - the cooktop did not work.

It was very outdated and not very clean. The lounge was very old, dirty and needs to be updated.

Great location! Value for money. Wonderful for families or couples wanting to explore the GC!

Location, location, location! Property was on the doorstep of Surfers Paradise Beach. Short stroll up the footpath to Cavill Avenue and many activities to choose from. Clean kitchen and cooking amenities. Comfy beds, and great family lounge room. Property has nice pool and sauna. Great family getaway. Will be back! .

Excellent apartment.

Excellent location right on the beach. Incredible views from the huge windows and the two balconies. Close to shops and restaurants. Can't beat going to sleep listening to the waves.

Great location

Location. Nothing can beat the location. Size of the apartment. Waking up to see the sun rise and sleeping with the sounds of the tides. It was a dream come true. We had great time and would like to visit again.

Cld have been tidier. But may be it's coz of the sea salt. Basic cooking essentials like oil n salt n couple of spices wld have been good. Toiletries like handwash, shampoo, body wash etc weren't provided either. Except for these little things we loved our stay.

We had a lovely weekend by the beach

The location was excellent. The views were good.

The apartment was grubby in places. The dishwasher didn’t work and there was dirty cutlery in the drawer. The towel rail in the second bathroom was broken and caused a couple of bumps with people walking into it. The toilet roll holder in the second bathroom was broken. The door to this toilet opened very close to the toilet and caused difficulty getting in and out of the toilet. The balcony was very dirty

Spacious two bedroom ocean view apartment Location to surfers beach

Room 19 Unfortunately disappointed with overall stay. We often stay in beachfront apartments on the GC and wanted to try somewhere different. Wifi was terrible and we went our whole stay not being able to connect Ensuite Bathroom was dirty Large dust gathered in corners of ensuite bathroom, missed by cleaners Unfortunately ensuite bathroom had a strong odour coming from drain in shower 2nd bathroom had a large tub that was difficult to get in and out, potential safety hazard No locks on bathroom doors Main bedroom mattress had a urine stain on mattress

excellent stay, great facilities and really appreciated being able to get in apartment a couple of hours early.

location, close to Cavill mall but still in relatively quiet location. beach front. facilities were great.

apartment could have done with a bottle opener, small sharp knife etc, bigger glasses. small cost to have a few more items. beach or pool towels would have been good. hair dryer in master.

We had a fantastic stay at the Berkeley on the Beach unit & loved the warm spa & outdoor pool loung

The location was exceptional..right on the beach and only walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Tom & Lucy were wonderful to us & so welcoming.

For 3 of us ladies it would have been nice to have had access to a third matching outdoor chair for the verandah.. But that was only minor because everything else was wonderful.

broken balcony door handle, no basic essentials (detergent, washing powder, shampoo - had to go and buy everything which is a shame when it’s some relatively cheap and easy for the owner to provide), peeling pain and black mould in ensuite.

Location is amazing - right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants without the busyness of being in the centre of Surfers.

Minor thing - but there are no soap dishes in the showers. This seems minor but would not take much to fix this issue - difficult to have a shower when there is nowhere to put your soap!

Pool, spa and sauna in complex, very close to beach and shops, very windy due to being on the beach

Good location close to beach and shopping centre, great views, complex has spa and sauna and heated pool

Apartment was clean but is showing its age, kitchen cupboards need updating, apartment showing its age a bit old and blinds were dirty, windows dirty but this would be close proximity to beach and salt spray, heated pool was not very warm

Stay away from it, paid $400 per night for a dirty apartment

Location and view from the apartment was amazing

Cleanliness, whole apartment looked dirty, blankets looked dirty. We didn't have any water for at least 4 hours. One of the shower was liking water in to the bathroom. Only two toilet papers, once dishwasher and one serv of washing machine liquid were provided.

Everything but it is hard to top those views - literally right on the beach. And the unit managers Tom and Lucy - they were so welcoming and helpful.

We had a great holiday. Everthing was within walking distance and the beach was at our doorstep.

The property had direct entry to the beach and was close to restaurants and shops.
