The Apartment was great and location always amazing.
Great Value for money

Great Location and the view was amazing
Bed was incredibly hard, wifi kept dropping off and the bathroom needs some serious work, cracked tiles, mould in around the shower/ tub. The shower fluctuated with pressure and from warm to cold. Limited car parking is annoying as you don’t know if your going to get a park when you return. Don’t see why each apartment can’t have a park.

Location, the space and view. The apartment was good, I liked the dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.
Just the stovetop wasn’t great and frypans.

Prime location lovely room and facilities
Nothing serious we arrived 12:30 hoping we could get early check in as family were really sick they tried but it turned into our room actually been ready later then check in at 2:30 so a 2 hour wait… but was overall a great place and excellent room

Location was great. The layout of the suite was nice. Reception was pleasant and helpful. Happy with WIFI and television (not that we used it much).
The bathroom fixtures were terribly dated. A garden hose was used in place a proper shower hose - this made it difficult to put the shower head in the right position.
The inside door to the main bedroom looked as though it had been kicked 1000s of times at the bottom.
Paint was flaking on walls
The door handle to the main bedroom was broken.
The kitchen didn't have a bottle opener - simple stuff.
The patio had a plastic bottle on the ground, under the table. It had clearly been there a while, as mold was growing inside it. I decided to leave it there.
We stayed long enough for our room to be turned down. Instead of changing the sheets, they just left them folded on the beds for us to do.
I found the parking haphazard. Just give me a park and tell me where it is! Instead, I had to keep driving around the carpark looking for park I was allowed to use. If I had an allocated park, it would have been easier.
There are things that I've forgotten and I'm doing this in my afternoon tea-break. But it was pretty ordinary accommodation, and I'm thankful that we spent all day away from the suite.

Great 2br room in a fantastic spot close to everything with good amenities. The room was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. Would highly recommend this property.

Location and pool area for kids.
Room was really dirty upon arrival.
Looked like sheets and rubbish bags were changed only.
Carpets were so dirty and had sand.

the location and the swimming lagoon within the property
the bathrooms weren’t particularly clean, I was disgusted touching any door handles in the whole apartment but the front door (entry to the apartment) was the worst, just yucky.

Location, pool, gym and BBQ areas. Ocean and city views are amazing day and at night! Shopping centre just below is extremely convenient. Free parking was very handy.
Getting locked in BBQ area after 9:00 pm, having to contact security via the Reception to get back into the building. Limited signage to inform guests that this would happen, without any contact numbers anywhere! Our door access key just stopped working and the automated doors would simply not open. I would hate to think if there was an emergency which would require for us to leave the BBQ in a hurry. We had to Google for a phone number (which was hard to find!) to eventually get hold of Reception. Luckily we had our mobile phone on us. On a positive note, the security guard was very friendly and helpful.

I had asked to be put on the same floor as my family and ocean view but instead I was put 30 levels under my family and didn’t get an ocean view. I had booked this accommodation months ago

The place is amazing, the location is amazing, and visitors are allowed parking for up to 5 hours free.
The pool area is gorgeous and plenty of room as well as amenities available. Easy access to supermarket and everything else Surfers has to offer.
No dedicated parking space, so we were lucky to find one marked for Mantra Friday evening.

The location was perfect.
The views were amazing.
Parking was shocking. Mantra has very few parking spots. The likelihood of getting a parking spot is 5% or less. We had to pay for parking some nights. Even if the hotel provides WiFi, you have to use your own hotspot to stream Netflix, etc. The lobby had a nice, fresh smell, however, when walking into the apartment, it smelt like an abandoned warehouse. It was not cleaned in months if not longer. The whole apartment was dusty & caused lots of issues from coughing, breathing difficulty to itchiness. After wiping down the surfaces ourselves when first moving in, dust from the bedding, carpets, etc. settled on the surfaces almost immediately from our movement in the apartment. Being on the 37th floor is a clear indication that the dust was not coming from outside, but from within the apartment. The blankets provided were so dusty & also had not been washed in months. We asked reception to replace 1 of the blankets and they advised us to leave it on the floor inside the front door. When we arrived back at the apartment later that night, it was still on the floor. We slept the night with no blanket. When we first moved in, we found rubbish (empty beer bottle and wrappers) from a previous tenant in the bathroom cupboard & dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboard. They clearly do not clean the apartment even though they advise that there is a charge if rubbish is left in the apartment or if you leave dirty dishes behind. We also found a broken drawer which we advised the reception of, to which we were told maintenance would come & fix. They never came. If the above info isn't enough proof of how dirty the apartment was, we had roaches drop in uninvited. I'm still trying to figure out how they made it up to the 37th floor. I guess they know where the dirt is. We stayed 8 nights and were afforded 1 room service. They only changed the bedding & refreshed the towels, nothing else!
