We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. In our room we found a card and complimentary vouchers for Prosecco at the bar downstairs

Would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price as we paid over £100 for one night

The location was excellent, the room had patches painted over on the wall in a different colour to the wall, there were no glasses in the bathroom which other hotels have, not enough towels, it felt like things were “missing” from the room and attention to detail.

The room key wouldn’t work in the lift, after several attempts we had to go back to reception for another key. Non Pulp Orange juice would be nice at breakfast.

Close to everything. Walking distance to the docks, restaurants, shopping and monuments.

Couldn’t fault the location and staff

The room was so hot. Aircon set so you are only able to turn up or turn down by + or - 3 degrees. It’s also permanently set to warm. Rooms dated and need upgrades. Bathroom is so dark that anyone trying to do makeup would struggle.

This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the main attractions and very close to the Liverpool One shopping centre. We pre-booked our car at the Q-Park at Liverpool One and this worked very well. The Hilton is a short walk away. There was a good choice at breakfast

The weather was very sunny during our stay. We had a room with a view of the Waterfront and it became very warm and stuffy despite the air conditioning being on and the curtains closed.

Amazing location, able to walk most places and the beds are the comfiest I’ve ever slept in in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the front of house to the cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly and smiley

Fantastic location for exploring the city.

There seems to be a pretty severe shortage of staff, particularly in the bar and food service. The tables were littered with plates and glasses in the evening and we actually gave up on the idea of even getting a snack. It’s very sad because the staff were outstanding but there is only so much that can be done when understaffing is a problem.

The facilities were not clean. Dirty towels were not taken away daily. The beds were not made daily. Toiletry bottles were empty. I had ask daily for things to be topped up as seems like they brought nearly empty bottles in the room. Room was dark. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

I payed £200 for the king room which was the basic one, the room was really dated and doesn’t even have chargers near the bed; when we got there, the sink was stuck closed and we had to open it out selves. As soon as we turned up we had maintenance knocking the door to fix a light in the wardrobe when they was both working. I just feel like the room could do with an update especially for the price you pay.

The room was very large and spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

The shower tray was very slippy and I fell out of the shower on the Sunday morning, resulting in a black eye!!
