Nothing

All receptionist staff, cleaners and kitchen staff were absolutely fabulous. Always super helpful when I needed anything, would give them all a 5 star rating.
There was no lifts and a female receptionist helped me carry my suit cases up two flights of stairs. Room decor was very basic, no bar fridge, kettle or complimentary tea or coffee. The bathroom was an issue. There was a very large step up into the shower base. When you had finished your shower, it was difficulty to step out and down the step with nothing to hold on for support. It was very slippery every time when I had finished my shower and I had to be super cautious to avoid an accident.

The location made getting around very easy.
The building could use some renovations, carpet very worn, furniture meager.

Perfect location and aircon in the room which was amazing as it was a hot summers day. Staff were excellent and really helpful
It was all great

Central. Close to everything. staff is super helpful. there are no lifts and they helped carry my bag up. Good air conditioning.
the stairs - hahahaha. but it's quaint in its own way. can hear small muffle from adjacent room. but that's a really small thing.

location is great,.just next to the ancient city. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Rooms were not spacious but it didn't bother us.

Great location. Clean and comfortable
Nothing I didn't like but facilities to make a hot drink would have been nice.

The staff here were just lovely and very accommodating as we arrived around 9.30pm and were able to organise a meal and a glass of wine for us! The concierge offered to carry our bags up the stairs (no lift). Lovely clean room with updated small bathroom. Bed & bedding very comfortable. We were able to leave our bags the following day while we went exploring after a lovely light breakfast.
There was a noise constantly on & off all night, I thought it was the aircon (turned off but no relief), it may have been plumbing for the coffee machine in the breakfast room? (As it sounded just like the pressure of it the next morning).
Stairs only (no lift)

The hotel was located in the pedestrian zone. Thus, restsurants, shops etc. were easily reached by foot in only a couple of minutes. The rooms were small, but modern. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.
The bathroom was quite small.

Breakfast had good choices. The location was very convenient for walkers, close to the train station.
Maybe some outdoor seating.
6.0
Nice staff, good location, parking in underground parking nearby and they provide a ticket so you park for free during the night.
The room was very small, old and not well kept. There were holes & stains in/on the wall & ceiling and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a LOT of dust under/behind it. It was not what I expected after all the good reviews.

close to the station
it was fine
