I love the location of this hotel and use quite often
They gave me an outside window room as requested which was fab and really appreciated, 3 windows Infact, I like a breezy room
Complimentary water which was a lovely touch, easy check in and out…
Very large comfy bed and very good air con
Had breakfast just one of the days, always a good selection…
Unfortunately the hot food was stone cold as I realised when I got to my table, asked if they could microwave which solved the problem. I then saw one of the team go around the hot food breakfast station and turn on the heaters for the pans … turning on would really help!
The table next to me said theirs had been cold too and left it…
Overall it was a pleasant stay…and would recommend this hotel
I have stayed here several times, this is the second time in a different room where there is a telephone but the connection on the wall for it is broken…
So in order to arrange a room service meal due to a long journey I had to use my mobile, Google the hotel, go through all the options just to get to the restaurant ..
A working phone in the rooms is important I think…you just never know what may happen on a stay…
Housekeeping was good for most of my stay, but one day I came back to just clean towels on my unmade bed…?
Dirty towels still in the bath that were due to be collected, along with dirty glasses and the basin untouched…
The next day I ran a bath to realise housekeeping had taken my robe by accident, managed to locate a team member in the corridor who gave me a new one off the trolley
Room service meal, butter chicken bowl…not great but I was starving after a long journey
Curry was tasty but Dried up rice and a pretty stale popadom …not worth almost £20 with the tray service.. will consider ordering food in next time…

Very comfortable room. Very quiet and the air conditioning was very welcomed on a a hot weekend stay.
The bathroom needs updated. Very poor shower. The water was a trickle and would go very hot or cold while showering. The wash hand basin flow of water took a long time to drain.. the window shutters when opened are very dangerous and my husband hit his arm on them on more than one occasion.they should open into the wall for safety.

I booked a superior room.
It was the worst room I’ve stayed in,
In the uk
The bedroom was so small you had to walk sideways around the bed
4.1
The room was really nice, spacious, clean and modern. We was attending a show at the arena and The hotel was right on the door step. Near a few restaurants for a quick bite to eat before hand and bars for a couple of drinks afterwards. There’s even parking there! Would definitely go back when I’m next in Leeds

Location was amazing
Only 1 loft working

Located well for attending an event at Leeds arena. Good for shops and eating places. Used the car park next to the hotel and received a discount. Breakfast was good.
Got woken up really early by noise outside, sound proof windows would be better.

It was very clean .
The check in was at 3pm for all , it was mayhem at 2:45 , we arrived at 2 and hoped to get to the room , to refresh after a long journey . So we got drinks at the bar . And we knew everyone in the bar was not happy also , it was chaos at 3pm , rammed with people wanting to check in , this was a big let down for us and not experienced at any other hotel

Location and facilities were amazing
Shower could have been separate from the bath

Location was really good & the room was very spacious & clean.
Bed was really uncomfortable, the phone made a noise all night & the tv didn’t work properly.

Great room, clean and tidy, quiet
Staff cancelled our room card while we were out for a coffee even though we still had an hour to check out! When I went to the desk for help I was told well what do you expect it’s almost check out time, I thought this was a very poor attitude and was furious to hear it!

Location.
Dear Radisson BLU Leeds Managment,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. As a first-time visitor to Leeds, I had high expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, my stay fell far short of that.
Firstly, I was dismayed by the lack of vegetarian choices available at breakfast. In this day and age, I expect hotels to cater to various dietary requirements, yet I found the options severely limited. Additionally, despite being a standard breakfast item, I was informed that poached eggs were not available, which further restricted my meal choices.
Furthermore, the noise level in our family room was intolerable. Despite booking what was supposed to be a tranquil space for my family, we were constantly disturbed by the loud and offensive language of drunk individuals outside our windows. This not only disrupted our sleep but also created an uncomfortable environment for my family.
To add to our discomfort, the sofa bed provided for my children was of extremely poor quality. The springs were so uncomfortable that they ended up causing back pain for my children, which greatly detracted from their overall experience, ultimately resulting in my wofe and I swapping beds over.
Moreover, I must express my disappointment with the lack of assistance from your check-in staff. Their unhelpful demeanor only added to the frustration of an already disappointing stay.
Considering the exorbitant price of £300 per night, I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation. As a hotel that markets itself as upmarket, this experience was a poor reflection of your brand and left a lasting negative impression on my first visit to Leeds.
I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Good location, kind and knowledgable staffs
Extremely dated furniture and bathroom

Good location.
Evening reception staff were not quite as warm and inviting as you might expect/like. A better discount on parking would better.

Nice modern clean hotel
The breakfast wasn’t very good grey looking sausages and not a lot of choice
4.1
Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable with good in-room facilities. The location was great, close to the arena, shops and restaurants. Car parking facilities directly next to the hotel was a real bonus.
Over our one night stay we found nothing to our unliking.

The room was big, bed very comfortable and very clean!
Not much lighting in the room; used my phone torch in the morning as the vanity hadn’t any lighting which was odd.
They don’t tell you when you check in, the building they are located in will all close and no heads up to where the main entrance was. We called and no one answered for a while.
No signage or heads up that you use your room key to use the lift.
These things can easily be fixed if we were given any information upon check in.

Size of a premium room is good. Location was convenient.
Staff were rude, breakfast poor, no coffee machine one day, disorganized, numerous issues with room from bedding to bathroom and TV.

Loved the room and my birthday package
The shower was unusable as the shower head was too chunky kept lowering from the bracket. There was no shower height one in the bath to shower. Really disappointed for a superior room not to have a coffee machine just a kettle. We arrived at the hotel for 2-30, one of the polite staff spoke to his colleague then his manager who said the room was not ready. Why three people to make a decision shocking. One of the lifts broke down and there was damage to one of the units was damaged chipped.
