I enjoyed my stay, it worth the money. Can't wait to be back again.

I love everything, it was more than i expected. But not sure if there was microwave cos i needed to warm my food at some point.

Wunderbare Gelegenheit, Leeds zu erkunden und zu entspannen

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof, perfekt für die Ankunft mit dem Zug, und direkt an der belebten Innenstadt. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein sehr großes, schönes Zimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick über die Stadt und die Region (19. Etage). Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit etwas Abwechslung zum English Breakfast. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ottimo business hotel in pieno centro

Ottima posizione in pieno centro, vicino a trasporti, bar, ristorantini, supermercati. Buona e variegata la prima colazione e super la stanza gigante con vista sulla piazza, minifrigo, armadio capiente, bollitore per l'acqua. Pulito, tranquillo ... insomma, superconsigliato!

Personalmente non apprezzo la moquette in stanza perché provoca allergia, ma per il resto è stato tutto perfetto.

Decent hotel, reasonably priced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were given complimentary early check in. The breakfast was especially good, really fresh with plenty of choice. The location couldn’t have been better, close to the train station and very convenient for the shopping, restaurants and bars. There was work going on close to the hotel and they gave us a room on the 16th floor so it wouldn’t bother us.

The room smelled of wet plaster and it looked like there had been water damage from the room above but I think I was just unlucky as my friend was in the next room over and there was no smell. The air conditioning was really loud and the temperature was erratic, you couldn’t open the window at all so the room felt quite stuffy. For one night I put up with it but I would have asked to be moved if staying longer. The lifts seem to be unusually slow and we spent a lot of time waiting for them

Was given wrong room, should have been for 2 adults and 2 kids, room received had a double bed and a chair bed rather than a sofa bed. Also room had a lot of dust

One night stay in Leeds

A big bed and a nice meal at dinner. Friendly staff.

Minimal furniture in the room. Needed far more pillows on the bed. TV kept cutting in and out. Limited seating in the downstairs bar. Breakfast was ok but not great. No choice of eggs, only scrambled eggs available. There seemed to be a strange disinfectant smell in the lobby area. Not worth the money that we paid.

Fine for 2 day city break

Location, minutes from station and shops Staff were professional and helpful. Snacks and water at reception. Good selection for breakfast. Late checkout

'Hot' Breakfast was cold 1st day and lukewarm next day. Ordered eggs fried took 15 minutes. Carpet in the room had stains, room a bit basic, but warm and comfortable Lifts seem to take ages

We would like to mention some of the staff Sandra in the restaurant and all the recpionist staff who were all very help

Felt a lot of money for our stay. Corridors and lifts need updating and re carpeting.

Great location with good city views. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hot chocolate was a lovely touch.

Kettle and complimentary drinks were hidden in the cupboard.

Upgraded for free. Spacious and comfortable room. Staff all lovely. Right in the center but still quiet enough to sleep.

Quite a dark hotel concerning lighting especially as the doors are painted black too.

Good for the price and location, would not recommend for long stays or get a larger room option.

I liked how close it was to Leeds city center, also the train station. Extremely convenient for anyone traveling to Leeds.

Exceptional hotel stay in the heart of Leeds

Park Plaza Perfect location for my stay as I recall stayed here previously many years ago. The hotel was just the same with high level of standards as it was back then. The staff were exceptional reception staff at the time of arrival was a gent and happy to help me with my bags to my room and anything else I would need for my stay. He ensured my stay was comfortable. A very hot weekend in Leeds and no way able to stay at home so appreciated the help to show me how to access the air conditioning and tv. Great to have a late check out, walk in shower and room was suitable for people with disabilities. I do have issues with my mobility use a walking stick. The lady at the breakfast room the next day was absolutely brilliant too, friendly, approachable and again assisting me with bringing items to my table as I struggled to walk with a stick and select my breakfast and carrying it to my table would have been difficult. I was told I will take care of this for you. Absolutely brilliant stay and I would definately recommend to people who have disabilities too as it’s easy access external and internal, pleasant stay and the staff go above and beyond to help the guest. Thank you for treating me like the Queen I really needed the break away from a stressful situation being at home as a carer for my mother too so I needed to look after myself to make me a priority. Recommend the stay to anyone in particular to anyone with disabilities. I would defiantly recommend the Park Plaza and I would stay again. Thank you for maintaining high standards and making my stay an enjoyable one.

The price to be looked at and discounts for people with disabilities. It’s a fantastic hotel in prime location however it’s a hotel that is not always affordable at a time with the cost of living is sky high and I can not think of another hotel in Leeds that can offer the same quality of stay.
