Good value hotel. Buffet breakfast is amazing

Location was excellent for me to go to Temple Newsham. Bedroom very spacious. Iron, ironing board, kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee

Great accommodation just outside of Leeds

Great accommodation, just off M1 outside of Leeds. Avoids all road works getting into Leeds. Easy to find and loads of parking as it is the services. Rooms quite spacious. Everything works as it should. Staff really pleasant. Cant fault it.

Great staff and good location!

Great hotel for what you pay. Good location for my work and stay about once a month. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Always arrive to a welcoming smile. Clean rooms and a good selection of places to eat nearby. This is my first choice when staying at Leeds now.

The staff were amazing! Really friendly on arrival and the girl on the bar was really friendly and made me feel welcome!

My room smelt of cannabis ... Really strong!

Enjoyed my stay.

Easy parking, the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

I stayed for four nights, expecting the room to be cleaned after two days, but it was not.

Good hotel for short stay for Leeds

Good place for a stay in Leeds. Easy taxi ride. Free parking for your car. Basic but comfortable rooms, good breakfast and nice staff

Was bit expensive due to time of year, but more competitive than others, so fair. Location was good for my stay, but is in a services park

Very good will definately stay again if price right.

Very clean, approachable and helpful staff, good beds, quiet rooms.

We have stayed here twice and both times we have had issues with the tv not properly working , staff have tried to sort the problem but the aerial connection system doesn't seem to be secure enough so often you only get some tv channels and not others. Staff will help so do ask them

I liked how spacious it was in the room and I liked that it had restaurants next to the hotel

Room clean, staff friendly but comfort of room due to temperature spoilt the experience

Heating control in the room didn't work so the air con was blasting out at 35C so no way of lowering temperature apart from removing room card and turning all power off.

We will definitely use again when we're in the area.

Clean and modern rooms with very comfortable beds. It was quiet throughout the night and we slept very well. Online check-in in advance made arrival easy and swift. Great access from the motorway with a range of eateries in the Service station next door. Good provision of Ubers/Taxis and only 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre.

More non-dairy alternatives (even just milk) at Breakfast; some additional milk/sweeteners with the coffee making facilities in the room.

Accommodation fine but avoid the food!

Convenient for motorway. Clean good towels comfy bed. Quiet at night.

Food both dinner and breakfast were dreadful. Dried chicken breast which defied cutting. Sad chips dry and lukewarm. Breakfast buffet even early was shrivelled. Coffee was grey and nasty. If you stay at the hotel for accommodation eat in the food court next door.

Excellent hotel for Leeds

Excellent location, excellent facilities, lovely garden area to walk the dogs. Ample parking. Very clean Nice size bed Not in the city centre, easy access to the motorway

Bathroom too small for a family room. Duvet cover needed a softener, it felt starched and scratchy - not sure why.

A pleasant surprise for a motorway services hotel!

Really was so much better than I expected for a hotel at a motorway services! Staff were friendly, breakfast was great - good choice and quality other than scrambled eggs that most hotels are bad at - and the room was clean and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep.

There really wasn't anything I can think of to put in here other than the bathroom is very, very small!

The hotel was just what we needed.

The location is really convenient and well connected. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a great bonus and it was good to have great walks around the building to exercise. Our room was conveniently placed on the first floor which meant dog trips outside were quick and easy. We also had a gym on our floor which was great to use. Would have liked a bath but all in all the stay was good.

It's a quick stopover hotel in a busy service area, more a stay of convenience than scenic location.
