Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.

4.1
Location to T4
Guest lobby not very welcoming and pour choice of coffee at bar.
4.1
Really close location to Heathrow (and I had some very long flights the following day)
4.1
The beds were comfortable
The restaurant was soooooo expensive. We ordered take out for our room
4.1
walk in shower
Not enough light in the room
Milk not available in shop - only choc milk

Personnel très gentil, bon restaurant et petit déjeuner. Chambres confortables.
4.1
Comfortable and clean with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast
The room was rather small for three people, only space for one case and only one shelf in the bathroom. Also the hotel is quite a way from the airport so you have to pay a high price for the shuttle bus or a taxi
4.1
Loved the quaint facility. The morning breakfast staff were amazing!!
The fam in the bathroom was lame!
4.1
How close it was to the airport and how cozy it is. The staff was very kind and accommodating.
There was a slight cigarette smell in our room, very slight and only in one specific corner close to the bed.
4.1
Location to the underground.
Cleanliness & comfort of room.
Staff very friendly.

We stay at this location on a regular basis because it is comfortable and convenient for both the airport and the local transport network (tube and buses). The adjacent car parking is an added bonus and there are always spaces available for guests.
Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.
The restaurant and bar areas are bright and the food menu is quite varied.
Although the room was generally very clean and well maintained the bathroom was not as clean as expected. The side of the washbasin needed a deep clean as do the tiles around the shower.
Unfortunately, the restaurant food was not of the same standard as in the past. This may have been an isolated occasion for some reason but it was quite disappointing on this visit. In particular, the fish was overcooked and more like a cheap brand of battered fish out of a box! Also, the dessert we ordered was overly sweet and certainly not a crumble by most definitions!
4.1
Location is good, nearby the airport.
I would give a good rate if it is a 50 GBP per night hotel. Small room. Very basic and old facilities. No slippers. Nobody answers the phone call. Very dark room - light is insufficient. Basic breakfast. Low value for money.

Rang reception to find out room number of my friend. Couldn't find in system and said he would call me back, but didn't.

When our flight was canceled we had to extend our stay two days. Their staff was more than helpful! They rearranged our room reservation to allow us to satay in one room without shuffling between two rooms. The front desk was always courteous, friendly and professional.

Hatton Cross was close and easy to get into London and also the airport. Like the toiletries supplied. The double glazing meant we could see the planes but not hear them, which was an initial concern.
Only 2 teabags per day. Would have liked more. Didnt have options for pillows as only had the feather/down pillows and found them too soft.
4.1
could not have lunch, because nobody was able to serve the table. waited 25 minutes and left. It takes too long to arrive from aiport.
service at restaurant and bar. comunication with airpot

Very tight for four people

Staff were very good and made everything so easy.
It was as we needed.
4.1
Got upgraded upon arrival for free and made to feel highly valued appreciated and respected 10 out of 10 for customer service and satisfaction
4.1
Location was good. Otherwise nothing stands out in particular.
Reception called me a taxi who charged me more than what the receptionist said it would be. I expected legitimate taxis to be recommended by the hotel and was disappointed. Lighting in the room was harsh and the facilities were old and tired.

The bedding and pillows.
ROOM: At 11 a.m. Monday, a fire alarm went off directly above my head in my room, emitting a screech above 120dB for a second. I have been dealing with tinnitus my adult life and have been very careful not to be around, especially very loud percussive sounds like gunshots and high-frequency, high-decibel screech sounds. My tinnitus was improving over time until 11 a.m. Monday. This set me back years in my struggle with tinnitus. Now, I hear the sound of a kettle squealing in my ears, and it hasn't let up since this incident. This could have easily been avoided by slipping a warning note under the door the night before. The front desk person just said we do it every Monday. I'm unhappy about that, and it ruined my stay and was and is awful, it's a quality of life issue. In the US, you could get sued for that.
RESTAURANT: The other thing I wasn't happy with at your restaurant, Jack's, was the green mold on my hamburger bun, which I, of course, sent back. The server apologized and asked if I'd like something else. Ugh, no, I was totally grossed out.
BREAKFAST:Also the omelet maker at breakfast was using the same utensil for the raw ingredients (eggs) as the cooked ingredients. I pointed this out to him, and he just shrugged. You'd be shut down by the health department for that here in the USA.
This is a hotel for international travelers in London, not Mumbai!

Location
Hidden service charges , noise from the room next door Kept us up half the night
4.1
nice clean hotel on the edge of Heathrow. having a car is the best way to get there. shuttle bus is available but transfer time could add another hour to your trip. rooms are nice. i didnt use the facilities as a quick business trip but the bar looks a nice place. small coffee shop on site. parking for the night is £15. hate it when hotels charge for parking but you cant get away from it at hotels around airports now adays.
4.1
As always the staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable and very clean The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful.
We regularly stay at this hotel as it is very convenient for the airport and the nearest tube station. It is also possible to walk from the T2/T3 long stay car parking to the hotel as it is located very nearby.
The hotel shuttle bus (NOT RUN BY THE HOTEL) was very late (as usual). However, the proximity of the tube station means the underground is a much more reliable option for getting to all terminals at London, Heathrow airport.
4.1
Just a short walk to the underground to get to terminals, but has a shuttle service as well. Dinner was good, breakfast very good. And even though we were right under departures, there was very little noise (and Heathrow shuts down at night).
Nothing comes to mind.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal!
There was another very large guest group that were treating the dining room like a gala, making social media videos, being very loud and a bit disruptive. Wish something could have been done. But the hotel did its best.

Ideally placed for a preflight staying.

Excellent location for the airport. Staff were friendly and the food prices very reasonable
