Excellent value for money and ideal for a one-night stay.

Excellent room with everything we needed. Nice and quiet too,as requested. Superb value for money. Parking very good. Very good location for visiting my son and family. A lovely quiet resort that we know very well.

Two flights of stairs with a lot of luggage. Some noise from an event downstairs up to 11.30pm,but there had been some warning of that.

Excellent. Great food and accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

The Glendower was in a really good position for our needs and was what we expected. All the staff we came across were really friendly, especially the guys behind the bar! They both made a mean Aperol spritz! We did not eat there, however, the food we saw coming out looked really good. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was quite quiet, only hearing a dog yapping in one of the properties. The bed was comfy, just a tad small.

Our room needed a wee bit of tlc and for the money we paid, thought we might have had a room at the front.

The room was appalling, it was dirty and hadn’t been decorated in years, i just wanted to check out. It was noticeable that reception did not ask if I everything was ok with my stay , I guess that’s because they knew the room was that bad .

relaxing and such a comfortble big bed.

Our room was so clean plus had a lovely sea view. We had a lovely evening meal. Food was excellent, as was the friendly service.

We like to use Best Western wherever we can. I always used them when I was working with no compaints and feel no reason to book with other companies.

Not what we expected for a Best Western, very disappointed.

Room was ok. Expected more from a Best Western hotel.

We found it difficult to find, postcode sent us round the back of hotel. Car park was full, had to park on road, receptionist not very welcoming and didn't explain things well. There was a triathlon the next morning, we had been given warning about this, but was short notice. The road outside would be closed between 8am to 2pm. Also there was a wedding in the hotel, she didn't warn us that we might hear some noise. In the evening the music was so loud in our room, we heard every beat!! We decided to leave early, miss breakfast, to avoid the triathlon road closure. Would not recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

The noise from the wedding reception was very noisy until midnight which only bothered me as I had a young child with me. The TV reception only worked on one channel.

The lift ‘pinging all night’ right outside the doors, and the carpark filling up with guests who weren’t staying at the hotel.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean and plush! I will absolutely stay again.

Paid extra for a second bed in the room...... Which was a camp bed. Matress was thick so clear attempt to make the bed extra comfortable but wasn't great. The main bed however was amazing!

Great location and food and service

Loads of hotels in area so why this site - simple really is the staff and food. We were working and they helped with some food to take as we need to leave before breakfast opening time as an example. Foods in restaurant (we eat 2 nights) was really good. Limited menu but find for 3 or 4 days stay.

Nothing that you can blame the team for .. first night was some noisy guests in bar early sat evening and around 10;30 in corridors but this is not their fault.
