We loved it, think we've found a gem and we'll be back!

Norah and Andy are fantastic hosts, first and foremost. Brilliant communication prior to arrival, super easy check-in and you are made to feel at home in their residence. The B&B itself is a beautiful building (we were tempted to buy next door!) and our room was a rare thing... Enough beds for a family of 5. Those reading this nodding their heads know what I mean! The triple bunkbed was such a great thing for our three kids. They slept very well as did we. Breakfast is so good. We always get a property/cottage when travelling so to have breakfast made for you was such a treat. The quality of the food was excellent. The fruit and yoghurt buffet went down really well with our kids and the whipped greek yoghurt was delicious. Norah's home-made jams... They should be sold! The pear one was just WOW! Loved it. I ate like a king and Norah was so attentive to our trio, they didn't feel pressured or rushed. The location is perfection. 2 minute walk to the seat front, 2 minute walk to the shops. The kids want to return already which is always a good sign. You get the feeling that Norah and Andy would do anything for you which is such a nice comfort blanket to have when travelling. At breakfast you could hear couples talking who had clearly been many times to The Breverton and you can understand why.

I honestly can't find a fault. It had been probably 15 years since I stayed in a B&B and this was above my expectations. You won't find a better location or hosts.

First time we have stayed here will not be the last.

Lovely clean bedroom. Close to all amenities. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice of what to choose from with the cooked breakfast really exceptional .

Nothing really it served the purpose of our week-end away would recommend a stay at the Breverton.

GREAT OVERALL

NORAH AND ANDREW ARE GREAT HOSTS.BREAKFAST VERY TASTY.LIKED THE TOUCH OF HAVING YOUR NAME WRITTEN ON A PLATE SO YOU KNEW WHERE TO SIT,NICE TOUCH FINDING A CREAM EGG UNDER CUP ON EASTER SUNDAY. IS LOCATED IN GOOD AREA FOR ALL AMENITIES. WE ALWAYS USE CAR A LOT WHEN AWAY SO WAS GREAT THAT HAVE A GUARANTEED PARKING SPACE WHEN YOU COME BACK.

ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THAT PLUG IN SINK WAS NOT KEEPING WATER IN VERY WELL SO WHEN OTHER HALF SHAVING HAD TO KEEP REILLING SINK. SPOKE TO NORAH THOUGH AND WAS SORTED OUT THAT DAY SO WAS OK.

The breakfast was superb, with multiple choices. Andy & Norah were brilliant hosts.

The shower was electric and the water flow was not very strong.

Can’t fault it. Great food, comfortable beds. Very clean.

Excellent breakfast. Not had better. There was just about everything you could need in the bedroom. Even fridge and microwave and fan ! Guests were referred to by Christian names and made to feel very welcome. Would certainly come here again and recommend

Very little. Car parking is first come, but nothing can be done about that. I had no problems as there was always parking close by. A bar would have be been nice but I think the hotel is probably too small to warrant it.

The Breverton is my idea of perfection.

The Breverton is my idea of perfection. Normally when I have a positive experience at somewhere we stay, there will be something that stands out. Not at the Breverton. The hosts are undeniably the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The breakfast is the best of anywhere I've ever stayed. The room has home comfort added extras that I have never experienced elsewhere. Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect. Will stay again and would recommend to anyone that would listen.

Very comfortable, great location, superb breakfast and extremely friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money.

Minor, fussy point, but I needed to work a bit in the room - there was a desk which was fine, but the chair wasn't ideal for working from.

I would definitely return to The Breverton if passing through the area again.

The Breverton is in a superb location from which to explore, as the town and the beach front and promenade are within an easy stroll. Breakfast was plentiful and perfectly cooked. 😊 The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Magically wondrous bb

How do we start, welcomed as soon as you arrived with a smile , the house is wondrous and i could have spent all day looking at it it was strangely magical to me and made me feel like i was a child again for a little while. Bottles of water in the room was a nice touch .we was actually given a choice of rooms but didnt need to look at another, clean and homely.breakfast was exceptional 👌 Would we return .yes of course.

Ideal, friendly and safe place to stay.

Very clean. Very friendly and accommodating owners. Lovely quiet house with interesting features in a safe location. Superb breakfast. The hosts really went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and safe. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely Place and Warm Welcome

There was a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing and there were loads of vegetarian options, including veggie sausages and black pudding! The bed was really comfy and the building is lovely with lots of character

This was perfect in every way for us.

We thought EVERYTHING was to a very high standard. Never had a breakfast with so much choice. and cooked to perfection by Andrew who probably dosen't get the praise he deserves (as he is slaving under the hot stove) out of site. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything one would need for a disabled person. (We had a disabled room). We feel we could proudly recommend this establishment to anyone.

we enjoyed the Breverton, because the hosts really put themselves out to cater for our needs.

The hosts were very friendly, caring, offered practical suggestions as to good eating places etc. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of food and good service. we had a good nights sleep, no noise.

we could not ask for anything better, it was a great stay.
