I enjoyed the continental breakfast and was pleased to be able to have it earlier on Saturday. Thank you.
The location of the hotel is very good and close to an excellent Italian restaurant and of course the promenade.
I do like dogs but was rather disturbed by the dog below me barking during the night.

Staff was friendly
The bed was so uncomfortable it slopped on one end, you couldn't shower there was no room every time u moved u turn off controll or knocked it so u would be standing there trying to get the right temperature, it took ages to take a shower it was so frustrating.

I upgraded to the full English and it was worth every penny. Very close to the beach which was great for my dog. Looked like there was plenty of things to do if you had children
4.3
The breakfast was lovely and adequate.
Could have done with more fruit to put on cereal being provided.
Would have liked our host to refrain from cleaning the tables until all guests had eaten and left the room.

Great location! Easy walk to the seaside as the property is at the beachfront. I so loved the free continental breakfast giving us lovely wide selection of different cereals, bread, fresh fruits, yogurts, nuts and fresh juices on top of the toast with choices of spreads and a choice of coffee or tea. We also had the choice of upgrading to full English breakfast for only 5 pounds additional. The host were very nice and friendly. The guest house was very clean and lovely, our rooms were very good as well. The surrounding neighborhood is very safe, secured, very clean and high end. Very convenient walk to many recreations that the family especially kids would enjoy. Our favourite was the ride in the miniature train and the beautiful park/ playground at the promenade which was to us excellently laid out for everyone to enjoy and create lovely memories. To us, there was always a new thing to discover that surprised us each day like the manmade falls, the big koi fish and the cute turtle which we each saw in different days! Thank you Diane and Dough for making our 5 nights of stay very memorable with your great service.

The room had a kitchen area, a nice dining area by the window with a lovely view, two comfortable beds and a television. It felt really homely, the staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. We really loved it.

Clean and comfortable, ease of access. beds perfect. Dog friendly. available parking. Good breakfast at cost upgrade. Good value.
Bit dated. Notes posted everywhere - some very old, would look better with proper printed notes in small frames.

Nice breakfast. Decent choice of juices, fruit, cereals. Cooked breakfast was lovely but for some reason cramped onto a very small tea plate. Resident fridge came in use.
Shelf between the beds was hanging loosely off the wall at a downward angle which meant you couldn't rest a drink on it whilst watching tv from the bed. Had to keep getting up and walk across the room to have a drink.

The guest house location was excellent with on street parking outside. My single room was well appointed and excellent value for money. The continental breakfast was great with plenty of choice but you had the option to upgrade to a full English for an additional £5 if you wanted. Good transport links nearby.
The booking.com entry indicates that the room provides free toiletries but this is not correct. You can bring your own like I did but they are available for purchase if required.
