This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The lobby is gorgeous and the pool is fabulous! I loved my balcony in my room and sat out there every evening. Location is good, not too far from Pub Street.
My bed was too hard and it made my hips hurt. I know harder beds appeal to people from some countries, but it would be great to have an option for soft beds in some of the rooms, or maybe offer a mattress topper on request. Otherwise everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

The location was great, pretty close to the centre of town. The main part of the city is only about 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was very substantial, too. The staff couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The room was a great size, as was the pool.
I can't really fault this hotel on anything. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing and the hotel is really beautiful. Rooms are centred around a huge swimming pool in a tranquil garden. Our room was spacious in traditional Cambodian style with excellent facilities. Would definitely want to stay here again.

I loved the location of this hotel. Unlike many of the hotels in this price range, it was in near the center of town. It was a short walk to the busy "Pub Street" restaurant area and the lovely riverside promenade, but it was not IN pub street or on the busy highway near the airport. The garden pool was a lovely and relaxing oasis, the rooms were cool, comfortable, and cavernous, and the staff was amazing. Especially helpful was Mr. Chhun Chhon, who found me a luxury van for a trip out of town with the incredible Mr. Pin Ton, arranged my scooter rental with Bayon Scooters, helped recommend great nearby restaurants, and solved all of the other little problems I encountered. A true fixer! Ms. Eng Monima met me with a big smile each morning in the breakfast buffet! Srey and Makaara also made my stay special. My massage in the hotel spa was INCREDIBLE (get the two-hour combination with the Khmer Herbal Body Scrub and Coconut Oil massage). I can't say enough about this staff. So kind and sweet.
I can't imagine how my experience could have been improved, but I do have a couple of small suggestions of no real importance. Salted butter (instead of unsalted) would be nice on the breakfast buffet, but that is just my personal preference. I think using a small automatic espresso maker would be an improvement over brewed coffee and it would probably be cheaper to operate as it brews by the cup and there is no waste. The pool area would look nicer if all of the parasols were put out each morning and towels were set out for guests, although during the off-season when I visited, it probably isn't necessary.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. They try their absolute best to ensure everything is perfect for guests. They really care!
Everything is clean and the bed is quite comfortable.
The garden area is a joy - not excessively manicured but well-managed and the pool is great!
Breakfast is a set menu on quiet days but a buffet is up on the weekend. They mentioned that this is only during the low season and the buffet is usually daily. The offerings are adequate and quality is good but not exciting - although the noodle soup station is very good... Sort of a Cambodian pho. It was plenty to keep us going until lunch.
The decor feels a little dated and outlets for charging devices a little inconveniently placed. However, these are pretty minor points

Everything was good.

We choose this hotel as we had stayed there 12 years ago and we loved the pool. The gym was great and I needed a balcony. The three things I need when I choose a place to stay.
They did not use the air conditioning in the dining room for breakfast which was quit uncomfortable in heat.

The choice of breakfast needs improvement, I realize that the hotel is quiet and it’s hard to put on a selection of food.
The bathroom water ( shower) in the evening it was cold on four occasions.
The staff were excellent and tried to fix the problem

The room was very large, nice and clean. Spacious bathroom and good furniture.
Breakfast was a bit poor and no closet in the room.
