- AC and unit didn’t work and left a pool of wet on the floor that we woke up to. Could barely get to sleep because it was so hot. Got a few hours sleep on top of the covers and woke up sweating.
- TV, which is advertised on the website, doesn’t work at all.
- As a result of the AC, we had to request to move room for the second night, which they accepted.
- Food is expensive & disproportionate to the quality.
- Really bad service & food arrived cold at restaurant.
- Bathtub takes over 30 minutes to run and water smelt of metal, left stains on the bathtub.
- We politely requested to pay 1/2 nights at the end for all the troubles, or even a partial discount, but they refused and a visibly angry worker asked us why we didn’t just check out on the first night when we had nowhere else to go.
Must be said that the woman at reception was lovely, and the hotel has potential to be really nice, but it’s terribly maintained, and the experience they gave us was unforgivable.

We stayed 2 times, we still like and will be there again. Simple but unique especially the landscape

We loved to stay our trip in Cambodia. The people were very nice and helpful. The room is good as the picture and breakfast was great. We wish to stay here again. it is just a few minutes to the center by tuk tuk.

It is a great value for money. The hotel is a little out town, so good place if you want to chill out. Great pool nice to come back to after day round of the temples.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, good breakfast, pool is super. Is a little bit out of the center, but for 2 dollars you can get a tuktuk to go to the Pub street.

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our trip special. It was Holly's birthday on one of the days and they arranged and brought us the sweetest cake with candles and everything!
They helped us to arrange tours and to organise tuktuks to travel into town. The whole experience was wonderful.

Staff and hotel tuk tuk driver were friendly and very helpful. They did the needful and then some, which made all the difference in our stay :) They were knowledgeable about places to visit, and they also helped a lot with inquiries and booking. We had a view of the nice garden and pool outside our room, and breakfast by the pool in the morning was wonderful. The hotel is also within walking distance of stalls, shops, and the local market, so if you have time, you can walk around.
The kettles provided were a little rusty inside, and the bath tub placement was a little odd. It was outside the bathroom, where there was no privacy. It would be better if there was an additional curtain to pull around it. Food was good but options were very limited. However, it's understandable because they are still recovering from COVID, and there are not many tourists now. In fact, we were the only foreigners there during our stay. Hopefully they'll expand their menu once tourism in Cambodia picks up again.

The spaciousness of the room, it is huge. The pool is located just in room of my room, which I conveniently jump into whenever I feel like a dip. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The bathroom albeit is very spacious, there is no space for toiletries as it is just a small triangle wooden homemade shelf in one corner. The bathroom drainage get clogged easier especially during heavy rain. The WiFi is weak but usable, need to sit by the window of the room to get stronger WiFi signal. Breakfast was a set menu cooked by normal staff, meaning not a professional kitchen staff. Do not expect a resort or hotel quality breakfast, eat just to fill your belly. Do not expect resort or hotel quality service either.

The staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful.
Bunwin Boutique is no doubt a home away from home. We had a splendid time staying here.

We had to wait for an hour for toast with jam, after they told us fried rice with chicken wasn't available

The staff were extremely polite and helpful and happy to book reliable transport and tours. Only 11 rooms, so a quiet hotel with room around a pool and nice breakfast served overlooking pool.
Rooms a little dark and not cleaned unless asked. Major construction work beginning opposite the hotel which may be noisy. Hotel located a distance from Pub Street and centre of town so require tuk tuks.

This was an excellent find. Quiet, clean and a great staff. Not all brand spanking new, but a wonderful oasis nonetheless.
