Zermatt'a yakınlığı ve Täsch tren istasyonuna bir kaç adım mesafede olması bir yana, otelin tüm çalışanları çok ilgili ve cana yakınlardı. Sadece translate kullanarak iletişim kurabilmemize rağmen çok rahat anlaştık. Odamız da oldukça konforlu ve sıcaktı. Kahvaltı da 8 günlük seyahatimizdeki en iyi kahvaltıydı. Tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

Personnels très sympathiques et serviables.

Dans le descriptif l hôtel propose une piscine et un sauna alors que les deux sont fermés, car ils demandent une rénovation…dommage car des informations erronées sont décevantes même si ce n’est pas vitales.

早餐需另外加價15瑞郎，有水煮蛋很棒👍🏻，員工也非常親切。外出要是直接放櫃檯也覺得很安全。

整體設施走鄉村風，房間內有些設施比較老舊，例如椅子。窗戶很難開關。房內沒有熱水瓶，需要熱水要到1樓跟櫃檯索取才有熱水瓶。另外以為會有桑拿的結果沒有開放。

The property was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It was located within easy walking distance with luggage from the station. Totally recommend a room with a view to the mountains, breathtaking.

There is a gap in the information between Booking.com and the hotel. We had booked and confirmed a twin room. When we arrived we were told the hotel had not received that information on their booking system and only a double room was available. We were told we should have put that request in the notes to the hotel although our confirmation stated a twin room. Thankfully the hotel staff fixed this but the system needs to be fixed.

We had a very plesant stay

Beautiful room - beautiful view. Close to the station and town. We had a room o the fourth floor looking up the valley. Unobstructed view.

Good location, great experience.

Quite good breakfast that came with the room. Location was good and quick walk to the train station. Parking was also good and sufficient for our BMW X3 rental.

The rooms that we got didn't have private showers - the showers were instead in the same space as the bed with little coverage by some glass panels - good for couples but not for friends/ acquittances. The bed area also tended to get a bit wet after a shower as a result.

Big thanks to the whole staff for being very polite and hospitable. The hotel is beyond clean and the breakfast was delicious and also you have a large selection of foods and beverages. Its 5 min away from Bahnhof and definitely worth the money. If i have the opportunity to go to Zermat again this hotel will most definitely be my first choice.

Amazing views of the mountain from the room. You can watch Tasch to Zermatt local train from your room every 20 minutes throughout the day. Hotel is minutes away from Tasch railway station. Given a choice, I would book accommodation in Zermatt because Tasch to Zermatt return ticket is around CHF 16 a day.

Open bathroom was definitely not our preference. If we knew this, we wouldn't have booked it. Rooms are not big and beds are not comfortable. Too noisy as it's close to railway line and road.

I like the room, it was spacious. The amenities were good as well, I got all I need. 10/10 for the staff 🙌 They provided great hospitality. They also allow us to leave our luggage after checking out which was helpful for us.

Booking.com advertised an operational HotTub and Sauna. Key amenities i was looking for. But upon arrival, I was informed that the facilities were closed in the winter month. Would a better selection of hygiene supplies available in the room. Two small pouches of bodywash was all that was supplied for 2 guests

Beautiful views, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at the Walliserhof very much! The breakfast was excellent (with gluten free options!), our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had an excellent shower and we were allowed to have our dog stay with us in the room during the night. Couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend the Walliserhof and its friendly and forthcoming staff enough! Made our stay that much more enjoyable :)
