its located at the city center. the front desk staff were accommodating and friendly, namely: Lynne, Jairon, Pau & Jini 🙂
4.5
Despite being a business hotel, the room was bigger than expected. Room was clean and has the needed amenities. Staffs were great with their customer service. Already recommended my friends to use this hotel
Quite the traffic around the area, and could upgrade the tv.
4.5
The complimentary breakfast was spot on with a good selection of quality food. The room was clean and we had some nice views of the city.
The bed could be more comfortable, it was too firm. But it's a personal preference, some people might like it.
4.0
Room was fine and breakfast was really good.
3.5
Comfortable bed very clean. Friendly staff
Bar shut 9:30. Lifts waiting. Food very average. No cold water in taps
4.5
The room is clean and location is right
We ask for 1 room late check out. Out of the 4 rooms
But reluctantly gave us 1 hour (1pm) got to keep asking than gave 2pm.
We checked in 4 rooms at 9pm.
Cannot give and take. I just ask for 1 room for late check out at 3pm. Say must pay 1/2 day rate.

Place near around in city manila and many access as well.
Simple and presentable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good gym, breakfast was also good and location.
What l didn't like, the men at the front door weren't friendly compared to the guys from St.Gilies Hotel next door. There's only 2 lifts, they are very slow. Not a good place for shopping.

Mostly of the staffs are nice, room size was okay.
1. The area, a lot of hook.rs day and night. My husband and I wasn't expecting this at all.
2. I called downstairs and needed something, and they forgot all about it. I have to call back to follow up about after an hour of waiting. Not only one incident but twice. (Stayed in the hotel 4 nights 7/5-7/8 and 7/8- 7/9).
3. The cold water wasn't working in our room and I already notified the housekeeping but still.
So we have to shower with hot water only.

Top rest ,pool area ,convenience to central location

Better to book directly from the Hotel's official website. It is cheaper that way. I booked directly from the website for the last few nights.
4.5
location.
4.5
Convenient location and well appointed rooms. Decent breakfast. Staff are excellent. Patrick was a very attentive waiter and everyone on reception especially Kylo was friendly and helpful.
Having over 20 floors and just two lifts means that it can be a long wait to go up and down.
3.0
Location is ideal. Staff are very good. Good rooms, bright and clean.
The breakfast was really poor. One of the worst on record. Lowest quality produce used. Items that need to be hot (cooked food) were cold, and items that need to be cold (juices, and milk) were warm. Opted to go out for breakfast to local coffee shop.
4.5
Friendly, respectful and very helpful staff.

The staffing was beyond expectations

Excellent location close to a wide range of bars and restaurants. Best buffet breakfast I've experienced in three months travel in Asia. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception (Chris, Jairon, Ken & Kylo) who helped with an early check in and storage of luggage.
Minor point but the huge range of light switches and associated combinations in the room was bewildering.

The hotel didn’t come to our expectations paid for executive suite got up graded to penthouse suite I’ll never do it again. Breakfast if you are a phillipino then fine but if you’re a foreigner then forget it stay in bed and have lunch at the HARD ROCK BAR great place.

Every request was fulfilled. The staff are very responsive and were able to answer my questions.
The check-in. It took an hour and so before my mom and cousin could get a room.

Always good! We've stayed with them several times in the past... and we're always coming back to them whenever in the Makati area... All staff are very welcoming and looks so happy to see and serve you! Rooms and good-size swimming pool are clean. They also have a restaurant at the roofdeck that serves lovely Mexican food.
Over all, very good value for money! :)

. Nice staff, breakfast was tasteful and good.
And the restaurant at the top was very good, plus a nice view over a part of Makati.
. The toilet in our bathroom kept on flushing, even after being repaired???
2.5
Just the location near to shopping.
there is no cotton buds..shower cap ..lotion..etc....however it was mention if u need it, I requested it , and they needed to know how many, so they should provide as needed for each guest...
Alcohol or disinfectant were also requested , but these were not made available.
A bit dusty..especially in the lift...
Also, seen there is little cockroach when we are in breakfast...
