Très cher en comparaison a d'autres 5*

La chambre était vraiment très bien, lits très confortables, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel bien que ce soit en complément. Le Roof top et la situation géographique Secteur MAKATI.

Le rapport qualité prix, cet établissement de mon point de vue de mérite pas 5 *, la propreté globalement ( hormis la chambre et le restaurant ), l'espace piscine étant en partie découvert, très brillant et pollué, on a vraiment l'impression que c'est sale, je n'ai pas profité des aménagements SPA, pour cette raison. Je précise aussi pour le spa qu'il y a séparation homme/femme ce qui n'est pas indiqué sauf erreur de ma part.

My wife and I had an incredible time at IM Hotel, especially in their suite room which came complete with a convenient kitchenette and laundry facilities. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool with its glass bottom. Our son had an absolute blast swimming and marveling at the unique feature. We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and we cant wait to go back on next long weekend.

Size of room was great but everything else about the room was fairly standard - nothing really jumped out as amazing. Spa and massage at MyOnsen were great and a lovely facility in the heart of Makati. Good value for what I got and the rooftop bar was a delight

Expecting more from a 5 star rated hotel but did the job and only there for 2 days so fulfilled the purpose of a place to stay.

It’s an okay stay. But the honesty of the staff is recommendable. Well done. Keep it up!

It is comfortable. Staff are nice. But securities can do with being a bit more friendly and smile more. They are too grumpy.

It does not feel secure. Everyone just goes in and out without any ID checks or key card check from the securities.

Overall, a very good place to stay.

the room was big clean and comfortable. The location was good, except traffic there can be crazy. The staff was very helpful and sincere.

The wifi connection kept dropping. You always have to keep re-connecting to the wifi. The traffic around the hotel is very heavy, so you have to cater more time to get to their destination.

Unforgettable experience! The facilities were exceptional, especially the mesmerizing infinity pool with a glass bottom. It was a one-of-a-kind experience, floating above the city while enjoying the incredible view. I couldn't have asked for more!

Must go-to for every spa enjoyers. One of a kind facilities with guest oriented personnels.. The hotel offers various packages that will suit your every need. I wish i discovered this sooner as my experience has been exceptional.

Relaxation at the heart of Makati. Despite being situated at a corner of the busy streets, it is peaceful inside the hotel. You can relax to your hearts content by booking one of their rooms and getting a complimentary access to their spa facilities. Truly a vacation experience while staying in Metro Manila.

From the front desk staffs to the guards, all of them are very accomodating and friendly. They have a good selection of food as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a modern and luxurious stay! It truly deserves a 5 star rating.

Onsen Spa was fantastic! Love their facilities and the spa therapists seem to be really well-trained. The room that we stayed at has a full kitchen and terrace which are some of the factors we look into when booking a hotel. We absolutely love our stay here.

I celebrated my birthday here with my friends, and it was a blast! We availed one of their spa packages. It was the most relaxing massage I have tried. Since we got hungry, we went to hotel's restaurant, with great and delicious choices. What's a celebration without glam up and cocktails, so we reserved a table in their awe striking rooftop bar!

good location, nice big room with comfortable beddings.

the room was bigger than expected, comfortable beddings, nice big day bed, nice desk/working area and good bathroom too. nice big windows and they have smart tv.

Since it seems like it was a Japanese hotel, i expected a toilet with Japanese toilet design but it was just a normal toilet. Still nice and they have bidet so its ok over all.

Excellent staff.

The staff was really friendly, kind and helpful that was for sure the biggest plus point. They really try their best to make the costumers to feel like home.

The pricing compared with what you get don't really match. Breakfast is way overpriced for what it is, as well didn't had much of choice to eat. The pool was fun but the accomodations aside all closed. 300 peso for a beer i think that's a little bit crazy to ask. Yes they selling Stella, but so far not other alternative to choose like local beer. Tourism wants to try local products. In general the stay was good in simple ways but was not much of my liking so far Incase of accomodations.

Great place to stay. Staff very attentive, The room was very Clean, Great power shower and a lovely bed to sleep in. Rooftop bar is a must for a drink and great view of the city.

The Buffet Breakfast was disappointing nothing ready and waiting even for milk for the cereals.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are attentive and responsive to requests. Easy to park.

Some of the food served during breakfast are not warm. There’s like an odd scent when we first got into the floor where the room is located.
