Will be back.....,

Fantastic location, always great big comfy beds and good shower. Staff at reception particularly are welcoming and helpful. Lovely new member of staff in the bar who was also very welcoming.

One day I hope this hotel chain will sort out their restaurant facilities and maybe have a buzzing bar but the good thing is there are plenty fantastic ones in the area.

Great hotel to explore Glasgow

The room was nice, a comfortable bed and a great location to explore Glasgow.

On arrival we were not asked if we wanted to dine in the restaurant or have breakfast on any of our days we were staying.

Uitstekend

Personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk bij (late) incheck. Er heerst een rustige sfeer in het hotel, de lobby en de bar - heel fijn om in aan te komen. Het ontbijt was fantastisch - ipv een groot buffet waarop gerechten worden warm gehouden, worden warme gerechten voor je gemaakt. Heerlijk ontbijt met avocade en gepocheerd ei op toast!

We have used this hotel before and know what to expect and it didn’t disappoint.

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable . The breakfast was very good , plenty of choice

Great hotel for Ovo Hydro gigs

Location great, easy to find, very friendly staff everywhere, lovely breakfast, great room, quiet

Menu choice at night not great. Car park adjacent to hotel but at reduced price which helped

Reasonably good hotel except for very uncomfortable pillows - not really up to scratch for a supposed 4* hotel

Location was fine if a little “shady” - room was large enough

Pillows were most uncomfortable and seemed to be made of the ancient variety of cut foam - we asked for softer pillows but were advised that no others were available The floors were at least part timber and squeaked - could be heard from adjacent rooms from 7am onwards Restaurant didn’t appear to be open at all

Night away with my husband

Easy access to the town. Comfortable bed with spacious room. Plenty of choice at breakfast and it was good hot food. Staff as always are helpful polite and friendly 😊 Would always recommend a stay here, it's a good service with a good hotel.

The air conditioning was noisy all night, didn't make for a good night's sleep. This is unusual, we have stayed here a few times now, reported it to the desk next morning.

It was a great location with good staff but the a/c was definitely a problem.

location was perfect for our arrival into the central train station; lots of restaurants easily accessible

It was very warm in the two adjoining rooms we had. We turned both thermostats down but it didn’t feel like anything changed. Could not feel air moving. We opened the windows. We told the front desk agent who went in the office and told me something was on the wrong setting, that she’d “reset it” to “coldest setting.” Nothing changed in the room after that either.

Bad mattresses, clean hotel

The hotel was clean and quiet - the bedroom ceilings were super high and the decor was fun for our kids.

The beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in, which is tough for a tired traveler! Not only were they small but the mattresses were so overused there were divots in the center. We were also looking straight in to a brick wall, but we barely spent time in the room so that didn’t bother us much.

Massive bed, great water pressure in the shower, clean sheets. Iron was very useful too.

One night stay - fit for purpose!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was lovely with freshly made hot options as well as cold buffet.

The room was comfortable and clean. I don’t like not being able to charge my phone whilst I’m out the room because it doesn’t work when the key card is removed.

Service and facility has gone down hill. Parking cost is extortionate.

neither reception or restaurant answer their phones. restaurant closed an hour early on the Sunday night so no food. Also housekeeping didn't replace dirty cups and cutlery during stay.
