Great location within the city making it easy to get around and explore
We had a first floor room which ideal for us as we don't use lifts
We arrived before the check in time but they found us a room that was ready
Nice toiletries

Location near river. Great room decor R 115.
Friendly staff. Great price compared with other Hotel Indigo’s.
Individual character that you don’t get in a Premier Inn 🏨 etc
My mums air con in R 221 didn’t work, nor did the window open. It was a muggy night & she didn’t sleep well.
Staff unable to resolve either issue though they tried their best.

Breakfast was nice but we also liked the bar seating area for tea, coffee etc.
Nothing that we noticed.
4.3
It was comfortable.
Somewhat expensive

Location and modern decor
Breakfast had few options in the buffet section and the plated food was a small portion.
Expected a nespresso machine in the bedroom for the price.
4.3
Quirky decor and in tip top condition. Very clean. Fluffy towels. Robes were available but only 1 set of slippers in a double room.
Nothing we didn't like. We didn't eat at the hotel.

Unfortunately we had to check out early as I was poorly and ended up in hospital. The staff couldn't of been any more helpful and made sure I was OK to travel home.
The bed was a little hard for me.

It was the whole package, the food, treatment and the whole hotel was out of this world.
Nothing

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfy. Staff were very friendly. In the perfect location.
There was nothing that we would change about out stay here.
4.3
It's so near the tube station and within walking distance of everything
The hotel its self was clean and staff helpful
We thought the breakfast was poor not up to the standards it has been in the past
Our room was supposed to be wheelchair friendly but we struggled I had to get out of my chair to enter the room (good job I was able to) it was also very dark and dinghy as when you opened the curtains all we could see was a brick wall. Not much lighting in room either.

We missed our connecting train to Liverpool due to a delayed flight and so were a day late getting to the hotel. We had contacted them through booking.com (not recommended) advising of our delay but they hadn't received it. On arrival, the person on the from desk was incredibly welcoming and very sympathetic to our situation. We were advised that the room was still available and were even fast tracked through our check in so we could access the room immediately. A small gesture that or course meant a lot to us as weary travellers. We were really happy with the service and quality of the room. There were some renovations happening but we found it minimally disruptive. Breakfast was great and the dining room provided quick but thorough service. All staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great for the purposes of our visit albeit a little bit of a walk from the centre of the city.

The size of the bed was fanatic

Everything was very-very good - super good location for a walker, room was just great, very friendly people work there.
For a breakfast you may choose 1 of 5 different options, but all of them are eggs. And when you're staying for 10 days - it becomes difficult to enjoy it from day 6. Also, as I was staying there around 10 days, half of that time outside building reparations were loud and on, and also people who repaired the building appeared outside my window in front of me several times a day, in most unexpected minutes of my day life. It would be great just if the hotel could notify me about the constant noice and people outside my window were on agenda. It was a painful experience for me because I had to stay inside my room almost 24/7 for 7 days as I had a terrible fever.

The staff and the location were excellent and so was the food
We had a disabled room but the shower was to hard to turn on and it flooded the room .I must say when i

Not much if I'm honest.
I stay in a lot of hotels - and normally barely notice my surroundings. This room was awful. No one mentioned the scaffolding outside my window and the fanta bottles and mess that would great me when I opened the curtains. They'd been drawn to hide the building site. I'd checked in after 3pm and apparently I should be lucky my room was ready as no one else s were due to a housekeeping issue.
It's not a very practical set up - no where to put your toiletries, the light switches cant be reached from bed. The beds are so soft that I fell out ;-) simply rolled off and I'm a size 8 and that doesnt normally happen to me x it did make me laugh x the lighting is very romantic- you cant see a thing and the scaffolding means no natural light x I just really hated it x

From the moment we arrived (after midnight because our flight was delayed) to the day we checked out we were delighted with this hotel. Everything was brilliant, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the bar was excellent, breakfast was great with lots of choice, dinner in the restaurant was delicious, everything is spotlessly clean.
Nothing to complain about but I found the bed a bit soft, but it didn't stop me from sleeping.
4.3
Friendly, very helpful staff. Great location. Tasty breakfast and a good bar. Comfortable rooms - had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
4.3
Initial welcome by staff, they were very helpful and allowed us to check in earlier for no extra cost, they could not do enough to help.
Room was large, clean and had great facilities and a brill rainfall shower.
Breakfast was great, brill choice and the staff could not do enough, one of them even sang a tune when presented with food or drink which was great.
Nothing, all was great.

Close to the centre, some 10mins walk from L'pool One. Room was good size, TV speakers in the bathroom were a nice tough. Staff were great.
Price was expensive as it was Eurovision weekend so seemed quite excessive. Breakfast cost was c.£17 which seemed very high. No view from the room, looked into a courtyard/offices opposite so kept the curtain closed most of the time. Beware the quite rude security if you're returning to your room late in the evening and verifying your room number.
4.3
Rooms are pleasant but too small for two people to move around, unpack etc. I love this hotel and use it quite often - even arranged for my daughter's wedding guests to stay here several years ago. Its location is superb, the bar is friendly and intimate and the public areas very attractive. Only quibble is that the rooms are too small.
Bigger bedroom.
4.3
staff were very helpful and friendly, very good selection for breakfast, however the service was a little too relaxed.
the room needed an upgrade, scuffed wood flooring, ripped divan bed base, cracked vinyl chair
4.3
The staff, and the room were okay.
I was not aware that it was still a building site on the outside, whilst paying £90 for a room including a very exspensive breakfast at £17.50 is not good, both room and breakfast should be discounted whilst building works are ongoing. my room looked out onto scaffolding!
4.3
Room was ok - Breakfast was ok. Staff were lovely and accommodating - Haydn was Excellent.
The hotel was covered in scaffolding - would not have booked had we known this. Kept the curtains closed through out and was noisy at night. A bit dusty in places - Bathroom sink would splash due to the water pressure and the bathroom door would not close properly.
4.3
The location, the room, and the breakfast were all amazing👏 !
