Excellent value for money

Friendly staff, location, cleanliness, size of room, size of bathroom, heater in the room which I could control the temperature.

Noise of doors closing was loud. Wall/bed moved as some doors slam shut.

Würde wieder hier übernachten

Gute Lage und nicht zu überlaufen, ausreichend Bäder und Locker im Zimmer vorhanden. Bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal.

Sehr kleine Küche mit nur einem Herd. Zudem dauert es sehr lange bis die Platten heiß werden, sodass das Kochen sehr lange dauert und es zu den Stoßzeiten regelmäßig zu Wartezeiten kommt.

Convenient

Location was great, generally had a really good time with really friendly staff

Two days in a row I had all my clothes and item packed away and taken away from my room by the cleaners. If this hadn't happened it would have been a perfect stay.

Good, clean and cheap

The employees very helpful specially brazilian girls. Hotel is clean more or less and other guests very nice.

Kitchen very small for number of guests. No elevator too

Uncomfortable

Good location and close to what we needed

It was quite a warm night but there were no fans or even a way to open up a window more than a couple of inches. No mosquito wire so we got bitten all night just trying to catch a breeze and have some air circulate

Loved the staff, the location, the individual bathrooms, luggage storage and the rooms themselves.

The kitchen was frequently left dirty by other users, and was a bit small for the amount of people staying. Social areas a bit small

Excellent would recommend to family and friends

The location of the yha is excellent for exploring Hobart. It was with in easy access of the airport shuttle bus. Walking distance to the water front, restaurants and city centre. The pub next door served delicious meals and was a nice place for a drink after a long day of exploring.

The kitchen is small with no room to sit. The first few days we were there it was left in a disgusting mess, but once those thoughtless people who had no consideration for others left it was fine.

Good central location. Tea and coffee pauches were supplied in a private room. There was a bathtub with the private room.

In a private room the beds were not very confortable Luggage had to be carried up in a narrow staircase. Limited hours at the front desk.

Pleasant

It was right in the centre of town, the staff were really helpful.

The wifi in the rooms wasn't very consistent. It is a lot of steps to get to the third floor.

Locker wasn't big enough for my big rucksack Had to crouch to shower my head Dorm door entry key code tricky to use but app was easier 👌🏻 Rooms were hot no airflow no fans no Aircon

Fantastic location to see things plus close to all transport. Already booking our next Tassie visit and would stay there

The location and cleanliness was excellent. Surprisingly quiet for a hostel. The showers were hot and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Superb

I had a private room with ensuite, fridge tea and coffee. It was perfect for a solo traveller. And cost made a difference. Centrally located mags it easy to pull luggage from the bus stop

Not happy about it, but fine for one night on a budget

Good location, cheap, good for 1 night.

Kitchen too small for the amount of guests and the stoves barely work. Matresses were really uncomfortable, mainly those on the top bunk. Top bunk didn’t have outlets and the room was smelly. The lady at reception gave us information about the city but most of that was untrue.
