Wonderful location, stylish property, and very spacious. A really responsive host and comfortable beds.
There a few things that could be easily addressed and would make the property almost faultless. The apartment was very dusty in parts - I could write my name in the dust on my bedside table. There was shampoo but no conditioner in the bathroom. For a property of this calibre and price point, I think a coffee machine is expected and there wasn’t one.

Great central location, super quiet over the Easter weekend. Comfortable and spacious. Nice to stay in a converted building.
WiFi was weak, but that didn’t bother us.
4.5
Unbelievable location, about 5-10 minute walk to Salamanca market, 5-10 mins to the ferry and waterfront. Stunning beautiful modern apartment (we stayed in the Henry and it had a cosy little whiskey lounge!) Beds and bathroom so luxe and comfortable and loved the decor.
Bit dark in the main kitchen/living room but we weren’t in much so it didn’t bother us

Architecture/design
No air circulation - bedrooms needed fans as windows don’t open.
5.0
Location and interior design.
4.5
Tastefully developed, interesting, great location with nearby parking.
Bathrooms a bit short on shelf space and towel hangers not really effective.
Finding the various light switches is bit like a game of Electrical Cludo … never did find the switch for the under dining table lights.
4.5
great location
clean
unfortunately one of the shower’s was poorly designed and so caused flooding every time used

Great location close to Salamanca Place, restaurants, public transport and shops. Quirky apartments sensitively renovated in heritage type building. Clean and well equipped.
Nothing much to dislike.
4.5
The location is fabulous - so close to the
City centre, Salamanca markets and waterfront. The apartment was very cool, a great refurbishment of an historic building.
The lighting is a little dark as you can’t open blinds in living room and limited windows.
4.5
Loads of space and perfect for two couples. Handy to everywhere and collection and drop off of the keys was really easy. Well furnished.
One of the bedrooms seemed to hear the street noise such as the collection of skip bins a lot more than the other. One of the two car park spaces if you have a bigger car is quite a tight squeeze getting in an out. Not a deal breaker.

Excellent location and facility
3.5
Kitchen area , bedroom , heating , location
too dark inside , need window access. No milk on arrival ,TV bit small and connection issues at times.
4.5
The apartment was very central and a great size. It was also quiet as only 2 apartments in building. Very well equipped kitchen if staying for a while.
4.5
Beautiful modern space, with elements of its heritage retained. Particularly loved the exposed original brickwork, deep set windows and the original restored floor. Central heating made it comfortable and double glazing in the bedroom reduced traffic noise. Open plan with plenty of bench space and views across to Franklin square of the fountain and the autumn leaves. Access was excellent with the convenience of great coffee from The Stag only a few doors away and we dined at the stunning Peppina, a short 2 min walk. This was a lovely apartment and was the perfect space for getting ready to go to our wedding! Highly Recommend!
There was a ladder left in the lift the evening we arrived and we needed to remove it and place it in the foyer before we could use the lift.
There were some white marks on the wall in one of the bathrooms, likely just cleaning residue, and the underside of the taps were not cleaned.
Also design of the shower in room one meant that there was quite a bit of water pooling and running back towards the toilet - so we just used the other bathroom for showering.

Beautiful modern spacious warehouse style apartment with lovely red brick right in the centre of Hobart. In the CBD, & 2 mins to the waterfront. Great location. Apartment is modern and light filled. 2 double rooms both with own bathroom which was great. Large comfortable lounge area. The host was accommodating to late check out. The apartment is in the top floor of a small office building.
The disadvantage of an apartment over hotel there is nowhere to leave luggage if required after check out.
I left our luggage as the local hostel a few mins away after we checked out. The front door of the apartment can only can be locked from the outside so caused a little confusion when trying to lock from the inside at night.

The location was exceptional, a short walk to both the Salamanca markets and also to Constitution Dock. The 'Henry' is one of two second floor apartments in an historic building with office space on the lower floors. This means it is exceptionally quiet in the weekends and perfect for sleeping! The fit out is tasteful and stylish although would benefit from lamps and more seating in the living room and whisky den.
If you crave sunshine and light, then this apartment is not for you. The windows are permanently shaded so it's dark and moody 24/7, and we had some difficulty finding the light switches.

Location was great - walking distance to most things we wanted to do and see.
Facilities were comfortable and private.
Nothing to report
3.5
The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to everything.
I thought the unit was not very clean. It was very dusty and all the light fittings were coated in dust.
It was sparsely furnished and hard stools to sit on.
We were given one towel per person for a four night stay and there was no microwave.
However, beds, carpets, bathrooms, kitchen appliances were all great.
4.5
Excellent location for exploring Hobart. walkable to all attractions and many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. plenty of room for 2 couples. Hosts very responsive and amenable when approached. Easy access at all hours and lift available.
Apartment was very dark due to dark timber and switches difficult to locate at first. Took some time to adjust.

Location. Loft apartment feel.
Double glazed sound proofed bedrooms.
2 ensuite bathrooms
Laughable toilet paper. I've never seen single ply , 1,000 sheet ever . For $450/ night I'd expect triple ply luxury !
Black tiles in bathroom. Looks trendy but you can't see much ! LOL

front door doesn’t look internally, door to bathroom from little sitting room doesn’t have lock

Central location.
Little noisy, but expected as in the city.
Bathrooms are too dark, lighting was not great, difficult to do hair/makeup etc.

very nicely appointed and great convenient location
The location was a bit noisy lots of bell ringing from the cathedral next door and a n Saturday night lots of screaming from party goers could be heard. there was thick dust on the bedside tables that I had to clean myself when we arrived, the cleaners obviously only doing the bare minimum.
