Nice clean and tidy rooms

Easy to park, very welcoming and no hassle.
No hand wash in the bathroom, so had to open up the shower gel sachet to use.

This place has an amazing restaurant, and allows dogs!
Both mine and my sisters rooms were very dated especially the bathroom, which looked like it was from the 1980’s! Taps hardly worked, broken tiles, toilet seat loose, bath with chips!! Yet my mum had an amazing bathroom in her room that was very modern with walk in shower! We paid the same amount of money yet her room was far superior to mine and my sisters!!

Was really great stay - thanks.
Only reason for the 9 rating instead of 10 is due to no lighting available in the bathroom which I discovered only when arriving back late and having to use my phone light......

Restaurant meal was ok! Continental breakfast was ok, but no sliced meat.
Parking ok, including two blue badge holder bays. Staff helpful.
Room 3, Wi-Fi not working on two iPads and two iPhones, when we stopped the next night at another BnB, all units worked well. This points to there being a problem at Littleover.

Our new favourite retreat! Beautiful location that takes you away from the rest of the world. 3rd stay now in different rooms all clean and comfortable.

spacious room and very comfortable bed. food was excellent
no towel rail, no clear instructions where things were or where food was served etc
staff on arrival and first evening were not helpful or welcoming
reception staff on day we left very helpful and kind.

Friendly staff, good breakfast ,and evening meal on the Saturday in a quiet dining room. Ate in as all was quiet at that time.
Room 9 looks out to eating and drinking area, very close. We had to keep vertical blinds shut on the picture window. Noise level on Friday from the main terrace was very high from mid evening and only got worse. Bar closed at midnight, last very noisy revellers left at 1.30am. All this immediately outside our room. If my daughter had not been joining us on Sat. to go to a local family party we would have left. Sat evening only got noisy in late evening. Complained to bar manager after 11.0pm. Last drinkers left in taxis at 12.30. Noise not being caused by hotel guests

Clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was adequate with coffee/tea, toast, yogurt and cereal.
Very poor dated bathroom. Mouldy grouting, peeling dirty window, gaps in walls and peeling paint. Generally unkempt frontage with litter in parking area and cigarettes all in front of rooms. Front door slammed if you did not hold onto it. Blinds on windows had gaps and felt a general lack of privacy.

staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with settees and TV, the bathroom was clean and well equipped.
the bed was on a mezzanine floor and was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was continental, cooked available on request at extra cost.
Some fittings such as toilet roll holder absent, decor a little tired.
The room was right next to the outside seating area of the restaurant which was noisy in the evenings .Pack earplugs .

lovely bar, good food and friendly staff
our room was dated but clean

Large car park and outdoor seating next to the bar. Food was nice, continental breakfast absolutely fine and ALL staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for you.
Room was clean and large. The decor and shower over bath were a little outdated but a comfortable bed.
4.5
nice clean friendly quaint
