I genuinely can’t think of anything good to say.
I booked a room room based on the photos which gave the impression it was quite nice.
The first room I was given didn’t look clean. The bed was only half made, the pillows were the thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen and the room had a burning smell when I turned on the heaters. I went back to reception and told them this and they offered me another room.
The next room was slightly better but when I turned on the heaters, they didn’t work. I waited 10 minutes for them to start but they were still stone cold and the room was freezing. At this point I asked if I could have a refund and find alternative accommodation. The guy said that was fine but that booking.com would make it difficult for me. I said that was fine and left.
The following day booking.com sent a request for a refund and they offered to pay back 50% as a goodwill gesture, how nice of them after assuring me they would refund me in full.
I can honestly say it’s the worst place I’ve ever ‘stayed’ and I would strongly recommend avoiding it.

it was really cold in the room shower not very powerful no facilities other than the pub next door

breakfast not available
Insulating cable around inlet to heated towel rail which had been turned on but didn't work. Front door lock broken so had to put chair behind door to stop unwanted access. Wet pant on external door

Location was good, easy to find.
Was 2 degrees outside, 7 degrees in the room, heaters were pathetic, after one hour the room was 9 degrees, so we left.

absolutely nothing worst place I’ve stayed
was really dirty smelled of smoke and marijuana place was falling to bits got put in a room next to a lad and girl who had been put there by the housing association had to call the police on the lad due to the fact he was screaming and shouting at the girl all night and she was crying and we were worried for her safety police came and arrested him for few things

The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was amazing we would definitely stay again
The man on reception when booking in seemed a bit rude I think a customer service training course would do him good other than this we enjoyed our stay

Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. And location is next to a lovely pub.
Could do with better pillows and maybe having the sheets and towels changed if staying for 4 days

Nothing I went to bed I was then kidnapped and put in a small box room on the roof,
The staff there did some wierdo voodoo witch craft stuff to
I'll get you back for it don't worry, that was the most terrifying thing that has ever happened to me

Shower was hot.
No central heating, electric heaters which had to be kept on all night (dangerous). Room was cold and smelled of damp and the bed felt very wet due to dampness, uncomfortable.

Room wasn't the cleanest

Convenient location for wedding at grangefields.
There were holes in the curtains, the bathroom was rusty and the shower curtain was dirty. There was scurring in the roof all night. The room smelt really musty and we couldn't get rid of it no matter how much Deodorant we sprayed. Didn't see any staff around.

We checked into the Tiger Inn Derby on 30th September for a friends wedding. We didn't end up staying there as the place was extremely dirty, felt unsafe and the place had the overpowering smell of cigarettes smoke.

the property was very unclean, the rooms stunk of smoke and. mould.
the room was very unclean, lots of webs and dirt.
the room was in clear need of repair with bathroom floor completely soaked on arrival.

Nice and quiet!
if you don’t have a car this place might be an issue as it’s not close to anywhere
4.0
The fact that there was a bathtub and shower. The bed was comfortable and nice and large. Everything we needed was there and the staff member was helpful and pleasant.
We both kept stubbing our toes on the bottom corners of the bed. A white bottom valance sheet would have made them more visible. Also we couldn't turn the heating up. We found out how to do it but it kept putting itself back to the same temperature and we were cold.

Good location. The pub next door was welcoming with good food.
The property was filthy. There were large patches of mould and mildew in the bathroom - the grout was fully black and the floor was filthy. The bed had no fitted sheet or mattress protector (just a duvet cover and sheet). The room had potential to be quite nice - it just needed a really good scrub. See attached images.

two single beds pushed together to make a king size double 😂🤷♂️

also no toilet rolls it was mini tissues to wipe my bottom with not good
