It was across the road from the hospital. I liked how it had a key pad on the door which you entered a four digit code. It saved worrying about losing the key or locking in the room. They didn't have a reception so you arranged online and by phone. Off street free parking was a gem.
The bed wasn't really comfortable. Was noisy with air and road traffic and sirens, but that is expected in the city.

Location was fantastic and the number of beds was great
Cockroaches in the kitchen. Mouldy walls in the bathroom and terrible blinds that blockout nothing.

Good location close CBD
Floor was loud and floor above our apartment was loud could hear people walking

Clean. Great location, ideal for families needing to be close to WCH. Easily accessible. Free car parking.
The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no power point next to the bed. There is no reception onsite, everything is done over the phone, via text or email.

Location was great! It was very clean. The shower pressure was good too. Kitchen was good but only one wine glass which was annoying. We don't mind older places, and the character was interesting.
The bed was a bit soft. Had to use the lamp from main room for bedside reading.
nNo alternative to tea or coffee. Would have been nice to have some hot chocolate sachets. Didn't realise that there would be no shampoo or conditioner.

the only positive was location
Definitely NOT what you see in photos!
Cold, smelly, wood rot in bathroom, rooms don’t get aired out, filthy stained carpet, no staff on site.

The cleaning staff were brilliant and happened to be there when we arrived. Taylor especially patiently helped us to master how to access getting on
Didn't like having to upload photo of my driving licence without reassurance that it would be deleted afterwards. Identity theft is real.

Location for the hospital was fabulous, newly renovated bathrooms etc. Great for the night. Beds were very comfy & all very clean. Very easy check-in even with a very late night arrival.
Could have better/warmer bedding for my liking. I don't like sleeping with the heater on, so blanket was a bit thin, we checked in very late, so didn't realise/look for extras until the morning, there were a few spares in the cupboard, but a doona might be warmer. No hair dryer only a problem as I like to wash & dry my hair and can't leave to dry naturally, packed quick for the trip so didn't take one. I have messaged them to let them know of these suggestions too.

the location of the property is incredible especially when you are coming to Adelaide for appointments at the hospital. the staff are always helpful and accommodating.
initially we booked a studio room as we had stayed in these before in the past. prior to check in we were advised we had been given a free room upgrade which was amazing. the only problem with this is that my partner leaves the TV on to sleep and upon arriving at the room we realised the bedroom did not have a tv. we contacted staff who moved us into room 10 which we were grateful for until we realised that there was no heating available in the room. the nights in Adelaide had begun getting colder so we had to use the the extra blankets provided which appeared to be quite dirty and stained.

Location
Disgusted. Straight open arrival, getting my newborn out the car condom on the ground, told them rhe 24/7 enquiring line and still hadn't been cleaned up, the porta cot that costs you an extra $10/night was stained, smelly piss, holes and filthy how anyone could let there baby sleep in that..
The bed.. I'm 6ft feet hang off the edge. Springs feel like that gonna pop out of that mattress. The carport, black feet walking from a shower to the couch.
Clean the carports, update this joint. The kitchen bin? Nowhere to put it so just sits in the middle of the kitchen? For the value for money I would have paid an extra 200 and went elsewhere if I knew what I was getting myself into.

After ringing, an alternative parking area 1 km away was made available.

Location is close by CBD, everything was clean and easy to use.
There was a stain in the loungeroom, it felt quite damp when I stood on it.
The beds were overly comfortable, my partner and I were squashed in the middle of the bed as it drooped into the middle.

comfortable and the staff were very helpful
