Nice accomodation easy to locate
The room had a very bad smell. We where a little reluctant to touch anything as the odour made us feel like the room wasn’t clean.

The property was so cute and comfortable! We were able to cook a fat steak for dinner in the little kitchen they had for us. Meaning, they had every utensil you could possibly think of. They had a washing machine and a dryer, and let me tell you how good it was to use a dryer in the middle of winter- in Melbourne. It was a 2 minute walk from the tram to take us straight to the CBD, so that was super convenient for us. The staff were amazing. We only spoke with one lady, but she was lovely and had the sweetest soul. Parking was super easy and private. I think the neighbours next to us even really enjoyed their stay, it wasn’t soundproof, if you know what I mean haha. Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who plans a little holiday/getaway in Melbourne!
If I had to find something I didn’t like, I’d say that the shower head was a little wobbly. It struggled to stay in place haha. But even then, it wasn’t much of an issue. So I can’t really say anything negative about this place! It was very homey.

quiet
one bedside lamp didn’t work and one heat lamp in the bathroom didn’t work

Location was very good to restaurants, Aldi next door and close to a tram stop. Access was easy.
The furniture in the lounge had seen better days but the kitchen and bathroom was good. Biggest issue was that the air conditioning unit has obviously not been serviced for a long time and when turned on quite a bad smell came out of it so we could not use it.

the bed was comfortable although it was 2 single beds pushed together to make a king size. Good location.
our room needed some tlc. fridge didn’t work. Instructions for washer/dryer combo were vague. Hair in the bathroom as well as used dental floss. Wasn’t sound proof as ad stated. Dirty elevator. Blind in bedroom was dodgy.

the staff were so lovely and helpful! they fixed any problems that we had. Being located above Aldi was really convenient
the beds & pillows were not comfortable, we did ask for different pillows however there was not any available. Our dishwasher door did not shut and our washing for stuck in the washing machine, both of these problems were fixed within 24 hours

the apartment was spacious and we had our own court yard
it was beautiful, clean & the staff were helpful

Great location
Hard to meet the hosted office hours
4.1
great for a few days as self contained
the security light outside the window would light the room at night, better blackout design would be better
4.1
Awesome aircon and comfy bed
The bedroom window looked directly onto the path so we had to leave the blind drawn the whole time for any privacy. Additionally, the auto lighting on the path illuminated every time someone was on it. The blinds did not block this light out and it was really annoying having them come on throughout the night.

staff were pleasant on arrival. bed was comfortable. parking was easy to access
a lot of room damage eg cracked walls, stained floor. we were in building b but only accessible via lift in building a, walking through a passageway and lift to our building.

Location. Furnishings. Kitchen.
Bed a bit sacked out. No stopper for vanity basin.

Great location, staff excellent, we were very aware of the work going on to the property
The towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door which has been missed and the general cleanliness of the room, no one to talk to at 9am on Saturday morning
