It was quiet in the room.
The room could be dark for sleeping.
Having a chair to sit on is always great.
3.7
Location was great
Wasn't able to check into room until after 2pm closer to 3pm.
3.7
Great big spacious room
Close to everything
Limited parking , but not a bug deal
3.7
A staple when in St Kilda. Obviously management has changed since I stayed here last time. Very comfortable clean room. No room service which is disappointing.
No room service.
3.7
The bed, location, staff
I personally don’t prefer to take shower, where they have bathtub in it. Which means the bathroom had the bathtub but have to take shower too in the bathtub. The sink of the shower and also of the toilet need deep cleaning, otherwise , I really like the lady who was doing housekeeping, also the receptionists were welcoming.
3.7
Large rooms
Room wasn’t very clean- cobwebs and spiders in the corner. Room was very cold + dark. One of the lights didn’t work + it just seemed very old and in need of a refresh.
3.7
Excellent for trams, breakfast on site, cafes close by, easy walk to beach and to Acland st shops
3.7
Located amongst some amazing restaurants and quick tram ride into Melbourne. Tram just outside the door
3.7
Predominantly the location
One of the lifts was very slow
3.7
It was in a great location for the wedding reception we were attending. The staff at The Hub cafe on-site were friendly and attentive.
Not enough staff available at check-in (3pm) resulted in a long wait. The lift was very slow and had worrisome noises and shudders. The pillows were HUGE and uncomfortable.
3.7
No heating in the room and it was winter. No assistance when we mentioned it.
3.7
Location, and parking
Getting old.
3.7
Bathroom was nice
Beds were absolutely awful. Super uncomfortable and the bedding was so light and thin
3.7
Clean and close to amenities
Lift is wayyyyyy to slow and some areas look tired
3.7
Great location
The girl at the front desk was very helpful, everywhere she recommended to eat was excellent
3.7
Staff were great
The spa bath was a bath with a shower in it and was super small. Not what the description said at all
3.7
The bar and brekkie cafe downstairs were perfect and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Can do with new carpet

I didn’t like the lifts. Slow and small
3.7
convenience, has a cafe and friendly staff.
comfortable.
No foxtelll, but you don’t really need it.
3.7
Proximity to where I was working. Restaurants on the street.Comfort.
When people were in the hallway the voices travelled into my room waking me up. However I only experienced this in the afternoon .
3.7
Room was good and bed and bathroom fine.
Cafe for breakfast in the morning was under pressure and meals were served well after ordering.
3.7
The staff were friendly
The poor comparison of the photos on here to the rooms. Nothing was as it was depicted as in the advertisement.
The parking was 35 a night, and that wasn't clear when we booked. The spa button wasn't working
3.7
Location was excellent
The beds were unusually short so our feet hung off the end. The bath/shower was very springy in one place which was a bit concerning. Lift was slow and the sensor for the lights in the hall was broken so the lights didn’t stay on.
3.7
Was all perfect
Nothing
3.7
great location
nice staff
room smelt as if someone had been smoking in there.
3.7
Nothing
Bed was like sleeping on the springs & lumpy. The level & room smelt like cigarettes ,heating didn’t work. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone. The lift was so slow & room card wouldn’t work.
3.7
Staff were lovely
Run down, no ambiance, the rooms were bare not good.
3.7
Great location, quiet rooms , good beds
Car parking costs - v high - twice what you’d pay in the city
3.7
Location - close proximity to everything
the size of the room, the room was outdated, powerpoints did not work, service lift was ordinary and lacked maintenance
