Il posto
Non prende il tel, parcheggio più vicino 1 km dal e ci mettevi 2/3 ore per trovare uno libero

La vicinanza al centro, la posizione.
Letti del divano letto scomodi e cuscini troppo alti

Exceptional location with a terrace overlooking the sea. Really attentive and helpful staff.
The interior felt grubby, dusty and worn out.

Die Lage ist super und der Blick vom Balkon oder sogar vom Bett aus grossartig! Sehr gemütliches, grosszügiges Apartement in optimaler Lage.

Location was good
Parking sucks. Only residents can park on the island but not hotel gusts. Horrible. We bring business to this impoverish city but the city treats hotel guests like pests.
Hotel check in at 3 pm. Hotel check out at 10 am!!!!!! Crazy. They do not tell you on up front by after reservation is made… cheaters

best accomodation you can find in Ortigia. absolutely stunning position and view. you are literally in the best part of the island, close to the main road that takes you straight into the heart of Ortigia. full of restaurants and bistrot. the room/house is cozy and well equipped. the staff is always available via whatsapp and is lovely. i will be back again 100%. 💚

Spacious and well located
The internet did not reach the room but it did in the living room of the apartment

The hotel is located in the very centre of Ortigia.
There was not contact whatsover with the staff. Thety refused to issue an invoice which makes me think they operate illegally. The room was as well as the bathroom were dirty .

The epitome of a bang for your buck.
Couldn’t have asked for a better location - you're welcomed by a gorgeous view right as you step out of the building, not to mention the close proximity of two stunning beaches, great restaurants and whatnot.
Lovely staff! They were helpful and sweet from the jump. Overall great experience, highly recommend it.
A tad dirty but it didn't really matter as we were roaming the city/chilling on the beach all day long.

Best value for money.

the staff was very kind and eager to help. the location is everything- seafront, right in the center of Ortigia.
in the description it was mentioned a breakfast was included. it wasn’t, and I had to message the staff to find out that. the facilities were quite basic and old- if you are fuss-free like me chances are you won’t mind, but still. there is no non-stop reception- at 9 am when i went to inquire about breakfast there was no one at the front desk. would i go back? for sure if i ever decide to return to ortigia, if the price is right.

They made up for the mistake. Thank you!
Staff does not understand English all to well, we had a misunderstanding that made us unnessecary loose a couple of hours.

Literally nothing. Reception Lady was very nice- and that's about it.
Where do I start? If I could give -10, I would. We booked a room with sea view, paid extra for it as well. On arrival, reception personnel advised that our room is not ready due to pipe issues- old building, understandable. However, we will be transferred to another building, to a different room. Thought, OK not an issue. HOWEVER, the room we would get is no sea view room, no balcony, totally different location (apparently 5 min away, in reality 25 min away)... so I mean, what did I pay really all this extra for then? I booked A and got Z instead... I have read previous reviews and this had happened to a lot of people before and probably will happen to a lot of people staying there after us. This is ridiculous. If this "owner" has 4-5 complexes (can't call it a Hotel really), they all should be all listed separately- instead of posting: the best room in here and then sending people away to literally "prison like" ground bottom, crates on windows rooms- instead of sea view rooms we initially have booked for. We were not very happy about this, so they managed to get stuff organised and we were sent for 1 night to a room (ah got 20EUR Voucher for inconvenience), Oh my ... where do I start, dead cockroach in the bed side cabinet, showers, not dirty- FILTHY from yellow and brown stains, old plaster from previous customer on the floor in the dining room. I mean... ARE YOU SERIOUS? This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I really do advise to pay a bit more and go to nearby hotels, because this one is ridiculous. Oh, by the way... couple who was checking at the same time, also got sent away to another building "nearby".. Owner of this hotel, or shall I say COMPLEX should be ashamed of themselves! This no way how customers who are going on a holiday to Relax should be treated like. This caused so much extra, not needed stress- literally worst experience ever.

We were forced to take rooms at another location and were not able to change it as host was not available. One of the worst experiences. There was also mold in the rooms and very bad smell. JUST DON'T STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS.

We liked the communication with the reception, they offer us a room with sea view instead of what we booked (same price), very romantic :D They called a taxi for us after checking out, very kind
