Lovely Location/friendly staff

The location was the best thing for me very convenient and the staff was nice and friendly, very accommodating.

The room is very small, and the beds are so uncomfortable in terms of height that I couldn't sit down and no space for chairs in the room. But the beds are clean and very comfortable. And there is a lovely chill out room, but way too much stairs, not for the older ppl. But all together, it's not that bad.

Ok for a short stay, good location and fairly quiet and clean

Nice staff, amazing location, it’s good that it’s open 24hrs to check into. The beds were clean and there was power sockets supplied.

The bathrooms need a clean, the rooms could certainly do with some AC and some curtains for the bunks (especially as the dorms are gender- neutral, I would have appreciated some kind of privacy over the bunk as I kept waking up to people getting up)

We enjoyed our stay, but next time we'll definitely use earplugs.

I liked that the room looked nice and clean and was well-facilitated. We also had our own bathroom, and I appreciated the en suite feature. It was great for the price we paid.

It was too noisy at night, and unfortunately, we didn't bring any earplugs, so we didn't sleep well. As for the bed, I didn't like the creaking sound; it was also too loud.

Functional but awkward.

Location was good, showers were warm.

Inside was hotter than a nuns habit on sports day. The fan (the only source of cooling) was louder than a Boeing jet engine on inspection day and the showers had no space to change, you’re forced to get changed inside the cubicle with no where to put you’re clothes.

Reserve una habitacion para 4 chicas pero el baño estaba en el pasillo y se compartía con todos. Estaban sucios todo el tiempo y los maleteros debajo de las camas son poco practicos

No creo que repita la experiencia en otro hostel

El personal fue muy amable y siempre bien dispuestos. El servicio de desayuno fue excelente! Tuve la oportunidad de almorzar y cenar en el bar y la comida fue excelente también.

Fue mi primer experiencia en Hostels y no me sentí segura una noche en la que un borracho empezó a golpear todas las puertas e intentar abrirlas. Deberían haberlo expulsado del hostel, en cambio, siguió haciendo ruidos muy molestos en su habitación por más de una hora, a la madrugada. Me sentí muy desprotegida y por supuesto que esa noche no pude dormir.

It’s a fair place to stay because of the location and the facilities, but it’s not a place to rest.

location is good, in front of station staff are helpful all the time friendly place

bedroom was too warm and need to keep the windows open, so gets noise with the street and the pub downstairs. lockers isn’t really good and safe

Don’t expect too much for this money

Great location, the metro station is really close to the Hostel. The staff were kind and helpful. The chillout zone was great.

Mostly I felt like I’m in a workers accommodation not in a Hostel. I think most of the people weren’t tourists, so they don’t have the culture how to behave at a Hostel. I think it would be great to have a little kitchen.

Not the best hostal

The rooms are clean

No curtains like in other hostal, no privacy in the room between 11am to 2pm: cleaners keep all the rooms open with a bin, it is not easy to get dressed. Before arrival I was confirmed the bunk bed and ended up with top one. One of the solution offered was not acceptable: get refunded and basically find another accomodation somewhere else. This is not very nice. Bathroom are not kept clean but this is the other guests fault, perhaps add a message inside to keep it clean. Need a hanger for one of the female bathroom.

Everything was exactly what we needed, right by the tube and the Empire (where we attended a gig). Friendly staff, very clean, all facilities working. A fantastic experience all at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

the room was smelling cigarette They putted all my stuffs inside a black bag saying that I need to change of room. When I got inside my room all my stuffs were not there anymore and another person was using the private room.

Covered in bites by the end of the 4 nights in the middle of winter.

It was cheap and next to the tube and shopping centre

I didn’t want to write this but felt I should, I slept on the bottom of a three tier bunk bed. I had a bite the morning after my first night and then more after the second. By the time my 4 nights were up I had 12 bites to my hands, feet and legs. This has not happened at your Hammersmith site nor has it happened in any other hostel I’ve stayed in. Also the lock to the room didn’t work and the lockers didn’t work with a padlock either. When I ordered food at the bar on the first night they were very very slow at bringing it over and the portions were small. I would not recommend this site mainly because of the bites and broken door lock. I stayed in the Shepherds Bush room 2.

Neat place with good places in vicinity.

The shower rooms were clean and had ample of them. Beds were clean, checkin process was smooth and the staff was helpful. I also enjoyed spending sometime in the terrace area which was quite after evening, it had a heater as well. The bar below had good vibe, there’s plenty of options to dine in (cafes etc.). LIDL was just next door for any quick fixes needed.

Somehow the room that I was allocated had a foul smell, like stinking socks but I wasn’t sure if it was one of my roommates or was it in general. The accommodation that is just in front of street can be a bit noisy, I am a deep sleeper so that didn’t affect me but I woke up to it in morning rather than my alarms tone (which can be good/bad, depends if you are a light sleeper or not)

Pleasant

A decent hostel in a central area.

I don't like sharing rooms with anybody. Especially people who are getting up For work. Housing situation is so bad many working people are living with strangers and tourists in i hostels a complete disgrace by the British government..
