Beautifully quiet, calm and relaxing. Very romantic and I liked that the cleaning of the rooms didn't begin until 1 pm. This meant we could be very lazy and please ourselves. The location was perfect!

View was amazing.
Upgraded accommodation was also fantastic and greatly appreciated.,

Warm welcoming reception and the view was amazing. Huge room with French doors and peaceful colour with high warm wooden ceiling. Spa bath luxurious with lux products. Loved the beach walks on private quiet beach. Perfect adult get away
Wished we could get the car closer to cottage for unloading luggage. Vaket/help or offer with luggage would have made our stay more enjoyable.. Stone pathway made it hard to wheel suitcases along. Breakfast was a little disappointing, bread very dry and boiled eggs grey. Luckily the orange juice was fresh, granola was delish and the ham very good quality (although not the advertised smoked salmon)

The location is spectacular and the villas are beautiful.

Restaurant is expensive

Piermont was an absolute gem! Stunning property & we stayed in one of the beach cottages which had stunning views of the ocean. Dinner was amazing at the restaurant & we also explored the property by bikes that you can use. An incredible stay exploring the beautiful east coast of Tasmania

Fantastic location overlooking the beach. Beautiful environment with lots of plants and birds. Lovely view from cottage. Enjoyed the real fire. Great welcome pack.
Bathroom was a bit cold and damp feeling

Location was awesome!
Unit could do with a lot of little maintenance

Fabulous location, really romantic room with a sensational view. The dinner at the restaurant was of wonderfully high quality using fresh ingredients deliciously prepared.
Such a romantic getaway.

Location was very private, but perhaps a little too remote for my liking.
Price was excessive compared with other properties we had stayed in around Coles Bay
4.4
Breakfast provisions were generous.
At check in the Wi-Fi was not explained, we enquired and then had to return as the first box did not work.
Check in was very average.

We stayed in a cottage which had amazing sea views. I wasn’t sure from photos on here as to what exactly to expect but it was great. I also love the breakfast provisions provided and how well I was catered for being Gluten Free.
I wish we stayed longer than 1 night but we will definitely be back.

View was just beautiful and the dinner perfect. But, for us Jon & Kimberley, our wait staff were just incredible. Congratulations on employing such dedicated staff to servicing their customers completely.
Our room was a little cold even though the heaters were on. We had lit the fire but unfortunately we were still cold. An electric blanket would have been lovely.

amazing scenery and the restaurant was exceptional

The amazing cottage, view, beach and kelayaks and just the general surroundings and stone wall amphitheatre Beautiful breakfast and fantastic restaurant. Early morning chai tea!
The only thing was a little tricky was the open bed loft which was difficult in terms of early morning noise.

loved it! thank you for having us!

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view overlooking Great Oyster Bay, excellent tasting menu for dinner and a lovely in room breakfast. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone visiting Swansea.
Check out time at 10am is early but ok there's no night life in the area.

clean neat and new
ask about menu for dinner and could not advise as chef changes daily, I asked when will you know, I was advised after that bookings are closed at midday . my partner is Thai and does not eat a number of things so if I agree to dinner and she cannot eat it it’s a waste of money .
breakfast was not a great deal of choice in your room . for the money you pay the food options are really poor.

Beautiful location and very quaint cottages. Nicely furnished apartments. Lovely grounds. Complimentary breakfast basket, chocolate and sparkling wine on arrival.
The only option for dinner is a $140 per head degustation; we would have loved to sit in the restaurant with the wonderful view for a nice well-priced, locally sourced meal, but not at that price!! The room was quaint, but not enough pillow options for the bed. The Wifi was not working; reception said there was a white wifi box in the room, but there wasn't one. Not enough individual wifi boxes for the rooms, so we had to use our own data for the first two nights. Timber steps from the bed area to the lounge are a little steep - and were unexpected, as I have a foot injury. A railing would have been nice, though I suppose it wouldn't have looked very good. No walk-in shower, only a bath shower. Very poor water pressure. This would have been acceptable minuses if not for the millipedes. Not Piermonts fault, but when you wake up with millipedes crawling over your face, it doesn't really make for an enjoyable stay. They are currently experiencing a plague of Portuguese millipedes. They would be crawling over the ceiling, and we would hear them dropping to the ground throughout the night. They were in the bed, the bath and the kitchen, crunching underfoot, and a few of them even managed to stow away in our suitcase. Luckily we are nature lovers, so we took this in our stride, but by the end of our stay, we were a little put-off. This was not expected for a $500-a-night room; we should have been forewarned.

Everything was perfect 👏 from the comfy bed, to the big bath, to the chefs menu in the restaurant 🥰
4.4
The cottage itself was really amazing, comfy, well stocked (for breakfast) and the views were about as good as they can get. The restaurant itself was great and would recommend going if staying here.
I think it may have been the time of year but there were quite a few millipedes who decided to come and say hello inside our accommodation. They were also on the tennis court and around the property, so I don't know what much could be done! Didn't distract from all the positives.

Accommodation was in a one bedroom spa cottage with magical views of Great Oyster Bay....loved everything about our stay. Only had 2 dinners comprising of a tasting menu in the Homestead Restaurant on site which were brilliant. Although we did find that 2 tasting menus was enough so had other dinners off site. Highly recommended!
Tasting menu in Homestead Restaurant every night of our stay.

Location and the individual cottages were well situated and equipped.
Friendly staff.
Lots of space to roam
Christmas meal was excellent - great value, lovely food and wine and lovely vibe
Not much information or proactivity about local attractions / sights
Lacked a defined bar area although drinks / nibbles available. Limited food options so need to be prepared to cook / seek other options locally if tasting menu not for you.

Everything was on point- the service, the food, the welcome and the cottage. We enjoyed playing tennis, kayaking and riding the bike around the property!

Gorgeous individual bungalows. Spacious. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Really quiet, very close to sea. Excellent food in restaurant. Complimentary drinks and mince pies (Xmas stay). Great staff.
No choice in restaurant. only offer 5 course tasting menu which was lovely on New Years Eve but you don’t really need want this every night!

What a beautiful spot. The views are so nice. We booked the honeymoon cottage with spa bath. Was really spacious and for us was nicec to have a coffee machine. We stayed for 2 nights. It is not serviced, so there were only 4 pods which is not sufficient. As it was really cold weather during our stay, was nice to have a wood fire which gave.itt a wonderful atmosphere.
Maybe breakfast included in.the price...
