Its not hotels fault and they warn you but when you enter or exit any hotel from fes,so many scammer coming and not leaving you alone until you pay them to go.they should find solutıon for this.this is the only reason not to travel fes again.other than all was good with city and hotel

It is a beautiful Riad situated in the Medina. The staff is very nice, once we got there, she upgraded our room. We did not feel comfortable going out at night, not to get lost in the Medina. We rather enjoyed staying at the Riad, they made us good drinks. They also order food for us for dinner. The breakfast was good but we had to order it the day before if we wanted to eat.
Someone was smoking, there was a constant smell of cigarette.

clean, beautiful physical facility
did not have hot water turned on when we arrived and wasn’t hot for several hours which was a drag bc we wanted to clean up. also the management only allows the staff to pour a very skimpy glass of wine. order a bottle or a beer instead
3.0
We liked breakfast & the staff kindness
The riad definitely needs a lot of maintenance. It's not worth the 130 Euros a night that we paid!

beautiful Riad on the edge of the medina. helpful staff
having to remember to preorder breakfast the previous evening .

Beautiful rooms, really lovely staff, nice roof top and pool area. The room was very spacious. The airconditioning was really good. We also received fruit which was a lovely touch.
Drains had a slight smell in the drains. During the night, someone tried to enter one of my friend's rooms. We found out the next day that this was due to a mix up with the booking - they were very apologetic and offered us a free bottle of wine.

What a lovely stay at this Riad. I am so glad that we managed to get the last room here that was available for our travel dates. I regret not picking the room rate with breakfast, since we ended up having breakfast here every morning anyways. Breakfast is AMAZING, and so filling. We also had dinner here, and fyi since they serve food fresh, you'll have to request dinner a few hours earlier.
Special shout out to Mohammed Ben Abbou, who has been so kind and so hospitable throughout our stay. I cannot emphasize enough how much he elevated our experience. He went above and beyond, taking care of our every little needs. From setting up our dinner/breakfast table just how we liked, to remembering how we liked our breakfast each morning. Whoever the owner of the hotel is, Mohammed is a gem - never lose him at any cost. I'll recommend this Riad to all my friends and family strictly coz of him. And if I find myself back in Fes, I'll go stay wherever he's working at. People visiting the Riad, please be kind to this gem of a human being.
Just wanted to mention we only had one hick up at the hotel. On the first day of our stay our toilet did not flush properly. But management took care of it right away, so I've zero complains.

Staff were extremely helpful especially Simon who went above and beyond to help us with reservations and even took us to a few spots close by to ensure we didn’t get lost It is definitely worth arranging a guide to take you around Medina as there are nearly 9000 alleys so not worth wasting time if you are there for a short space of time We even hired a private taxi to take us further away from the medina as it saves time and the driver can serve as a guide The Hammam recommended by Simon was excellent too He also told us if you get lost best to ask a female as the men try to take you and then ask for money at the end The old architecture reminds you of the Alhambra so enjoy your time Fes really is their cultural capital Take care where you eat as some of the guests had food poisoning so do read up reviews before booking Dar rumana was excellent as was the restaurant armandier The former will send out a porter to collect you and the latter is very nearby
The riad is in the heart of the old town and it’s a maze in there but the staff are very helpful in guiding you It was all part of the experience and definitely worth trying

When we first arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful court. Our room is spacious and clean, but the ventilation seems insufficient. We stayed two nights at this Riad, so we met both Simon and Mohammed. Both are super friendly, providing all kinds of help as needed. There is a good selection of food and drinks for breakfast. We are happy with our stay at the Riad, however, we were disappointed with the dishonest guide that the Riad hired for our half-day private tour at the Medina is , although I understand the guide is not related to the Riad.

Beautiful Riad with amazing breakfast, tea, biscuits. The host Simon was very kind and walked with us to the pharmacy to help get the right medicine.
Bathroom door is made of glass, not good for privacy.

The hotel managers are both very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is excellent. We also love the VIP fruit basket and Moroccan biscuits.
Our room has only a bathtub and the faucet does not work properly. There is no door for the bathroom. The door to the room slammed hard and the gap makes it difficult to lock.

Me and my husband’s stay at Riad Braya exceeded our expectations and was truly exceptional. Our hosts Simon and Mohammed were very professional, welcoming, and ensured all our needs were met. They were very informative of the area and gave us tips to make the most of our stay. We requested the train and airport transfer to and from the Riad, respectively. Both transfers were very organized.
During our welcome, and check-in we felt like royalty. We were greeting with Moroccan Mint tea and a selection of Moroccan desserts. We opted for daily breakfast, which I highly recommend. The daily breakfast included a variety of pastries, Moroccan pancakes, eggs, fruit salad, freshly squeezed oranges, coffee, tea, and water. This lasted us the entire day!
Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The Riad has a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view that you can enjoy breakfast in.
The Riad was very central to the old Medina which has the top attractions and stores.
Our stay at Riad Braya was one of our highlights in our trip to Morocco. We will definitely be staying here again if we return.

Location is good, the rooms are ok, the employees are very kind and the breakfast was very good
We didn't have hot water in the shower and the pressure was very low.
The safe didn't work the first day because they didn't have the batteries.

Very beautiful Riad, exceptional hosts, both speaking good english and providing highest quality of service. Breakfast superb by Morocco standards. Do not hesitate to book here. Not the most expensive but definetely the best, best Riad we stayed in during two weeks in Morocco!

The Riad is stunning... Unbelievable that something this beautiful is hidden behind these walls. Super friendly stuff and helpful. We arroved with a tour from other city and found the stuff waiting for us to carry luggage, just amazing service. As for the rooms, that is why I gave a 9 not 10, we took the cheapest, which was great value for price but the bathroom was super low ceiling which wasn't very comfortable to shower but we checked other rooms and they are a dream from a fairytale.
The room size and the height of the ceiling in the bathroom.

Mohammed and Simon were so helpful and extremely friendly. Best service I’ve experienced at a place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and they even made it early for us when we had to leave early for a tour.
Washroom smelled a bit all the time

The property was clean and beautiful. Simon the hotel manager was hospitable and attentive to all of our needs. The rooms were in great condition and we had a wonderful time there.
3.5
Good breakfast, good size room. Terrace view
Room didn’t actually have a shower, bath only. The room opened onto the centre courtyard, which is normal, except the door is made of glass, wasn’t sound proof at all and lets light in. Beds were ok but could be improved.

- we liked everything in general

- the breakfast was great
- the bedroom was beautiful and cosy
- the location, because it was inside the medina
