Exceptional

Such a beautiful, peaceful oasis in Zipolite. Slept so well. Enjoyed the views from the pool and the breakfast each morning. The walk down to the beach was easy and was very grateful for the use of the parasol for my stay. Dream stay.

Heven has everything! beautiful views! great service! Hot Water!! amazing breakfasts! Every room is different and has its own Mexican Charm!!

It is very hard to find flaws!

manager was a bit cranky, I get there is house rules and so; but his approach was a bit rude; we apologized but he wasn’t nice afterwards

the location and the views from the room, the pool with the views to the ocean, the breakfast it was a full combination of different flavors very delicious and how nice was everyone

in was a bit hot in the room, for some reason we where expecting AC and it didn't have it any way the experience was incredible!

amazing views. clean and quiet and great people working there and staying there. it was out of town by a few minutes walk. which was nice and quiet. a lot of stairs to get there from town so be prepared.

no a/c but got used to it.

wonderful relaxing atmosphere, recommendable

charming, functional and spacious rooms, amazing staff ( taking care all the time ), wonderful view, tropical garden, healthy breakfast, reliable Wifi, quiet environment

all properties along the way down to the beach should invest some money to put some lighting ( maybe solar ) that would provide a safer feeling for pedestrians , anyway flashlights were provided.

First time I ever tipped 40% on a lodging bill

Gracious, warm, Euro style guest house. Not a hotel. Perfectly distant from the noise in town, and beautiful grounds and views. There's so much more; I wouldn't have changed a thing. Already plotting my return asap. Be sure to budget for a big tip to the small staff. They deserve it.

Really nothing. Read what this place is about. If you're cool with it you will be happy, because you get exactly what is promised.

Exceptional

My partner Theo and I always enjoy our stay at Heven. It's the perfect blend of rustic charm and sophisticated extravagance. The view from the pool can't be beat. The staff is attentive and always gets to the bottom of any issue we may have even when language is a barrier. Victor, the owner, is usually around and ready to assist with any recommendations we needed during our stay. He's very kind, accommodating and very cool to hang out with by the pool on lazy afternoons. The breakfast is also very good and varies day to day. Don't second guess yourself, book now!

The lack of air conditioning at night coupled with the air/altitude did a number on my sinuses, but that was improved with some nighttime cold medicine.

Incredible!!! I only want to stay in Heven when I am in Zipolite.

Everything was amazing!! The design, the details, the thoughtful touches, the location, the view, Victor and his staff! I loved my room!!

This might be the best kept secret in all of Zipolite!

Our stay at Heven was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was communicative, responsive, and helped with all of our needs from laundry to transportation arrangements. Victor in particular was a joy to get to know! His recommendations for restaurants in town came in great handy during our stay here. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Mexico yet. What may seem like a hike to get to at first ended up being a nice refuge away from the hustle and noise of the main strip of Zipolite. The beach was lovely and a nice 10 minute walk away. The views were incredible and the pool was a much needed respite after spending all day in the sun. All in all, we couldn’t recommend Heven enough. Stay here — it’ll be the best decision you make on your vacation.

Heven on a hill

The design is just beautiful. Cascading terraces with hidden paths and gorgeous tile. Truly one of a kind. You won’t be disappointed.

SPECTACULAR Hotel

The staff, facilities and location were exceptional. You get a beautiful view of Camaron Bay with an infinite pool, which you can enjoy every morning at breakfast on the terrace. The food is delicious each morning homemade by the staff. Victor, the host, is also an incredible person. He’s so sweet and accommodating to your situation and hands down would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are LGBTQ+!

The most beautiful place ever

The entire place is magical, with incredible flowers and plants, views, and architecture. It’s so lush and green you won’t want to leave. Victor was wonderful and kind, gave us great recos for beaches and restaurants. The staff is also lovely, and the breakfast each day was much more than you’d expect for an included breakfast. The room and pool were really nice, I can’t even tell you how much I enjoyed it. Seeing the sun rise over 360 degree beautiful views every morning and falling asleep hearing the ocean is so special. (Stay in la crucecita room for the views, just be careful on the stairs!) It’s an easy walk to Zipolite, and a quick drive to Mazunte and San Augustinillin. There’s also a path out front that leads to a tiny rocky beach (too rough to swim but incredibly beautiful and all to yourself). Stay here, you will not regret it.
