About this apartment rental
Renovated modern 1 bedroom apartment located on a high floor having panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan, and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony's comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. The condo is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels and two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and a block from the Ventana al Mar Park and Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (B21 bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan. Upon request, my property manager can act as your personal tour guide. We booked the first week of the new year. The owner was very helpful with information and suggestions to the area that helped us plan our first visit to PR. Local manager picked us up from the airport, stopped at a local grocery store and pointed out many restaurant suggestions along the way to the condo. We tried 3 of her suggestions and each was wonderful. Condo is on the 8th floor of the building and did not disappoint. It was well appointed and clean. The highlight for us was the views and the breeze from the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach where we rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $20 per day. There are many local restaurants in the area that are within a short walk. It was very easy to catch an Uber to take us to areas that were not within walking distance. We would highly recommend this condo and owner if you are visiting PR.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The place was clean and well equipped, just like any good apartment. It even had a washer/dryer which really helped as we are avid beach goers and at the end of the beach day, we can simply toss the beach clothes and towels in the wash, not to mention the ability to wash our clothing at the end of the trip, that way we don’t have to worry about washing it when we travel back home.
The location is right in the heart of Condado beach, with easy walks to beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. There’s even a supermarket less than a mile away to grab some breakfast items since the place did have a kitchen.
However, the best part was the service. Once I booked the place, Anthony was very quick at responding and if I had any questions, he would reply quickly. He gave us instructions on what to do prior to getting to the property and he gave us the contact information to Maritza, who is the property manager and she was the one who took care of us when we got there. She was even nice enough to pick us up and drop us off the airport (for a small fee of course), which was very convenient and saved us the time to look for an Uber.
The entire stay was excellent and we will definitely book this property again should we visit Condado beach down the road. Highly recommend!!

The host was amazing. The house was beautiful very clean modern me set up and hide everything you need me and my husband cannot wait to come back. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is AMAZING The location is in a great area. Easy to get to everything. WE WILLLL BE BACK!!!

The property, and it's amenities were perfect me. The location was even better. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. Not a big deal for me because I was with a group of friends, and their places had pools.

We loved the location of this apartment. Beaches, restaurants, casinos, etc., all within walking distance. A kayaking tour venue is right next door. You can kayak during the day and at night. The apartment is on the 8th floor, with fantastic views of the ocean straight out from the balcony, and since it is a corner unit, we also had awesome views of the Condado Lagoon. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The bed, which seemed to be new, was very comfortable.

The property was great along with the property manager who was very helpful and accommodating. Everything you may need was available plus some extra amenities that we didn’t know we would need. I would definitely stay at the property again and again and again. Great location, views, size, and decor. Parking was also made available which was also a plus given the central prime location. Plenty within walking distance.

This was our first Christmas and New Years in Puerto Rico and it was amazing! The owner Anthony was great in responding to our questions prior to the trip providing in-depth info on San Juan and the property. Maritza, the property manager, was readily available checking with us before arrival and showing us around the condo. The description of this property was on point. It is modern, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the laguna, cruise ships and the ocean. We had a front row seat to the fireworks display on Christmas and New Years eve! Great restaurants, stores, beach and parks are in walking distance. One minor drawback is the paid parking which is limited in the basement. I did notice an adjacent paid parking lot that is very spacious.

From the beginning Anthony the owner was extremely present . He contacted me to answer any questions/concerns before my trip. He provided us with ample information about the property including the contact of his property manager. His PM , Maritza, was extremely helpful and available for any questions. She was very professional and personable.
The apartment was exactly what me and my husband needed to celebrate our 29th Wedding Anniversary. The location is close to restaurants, local shops but more impressively, The Balcony has a beautiful view of the lagoon on one side and the beach on another. Great space to have our morning coffee and evening pina colada.
If you are planning a trip to PR, check out this apartment . It’s small enough for a couple but extremely quaint included with everything you need from kitchen items, towels, linens etc.
My only pet peeve if I can call it that is that there was no upfront information about parking and the cost per day. Also, providing a large iron board and new iron would be more functional. These are small but helpful suggestions.

First and most, Mr. Anthony was awesome and accommodating to us when we first arrived. there was no electricity on the property. however, he sent us to another property close by where we stayed a couple of days and enjoyed that property as well. on our third day being there finally we got the called that the original property they had just got there electricty. we packed up and rushed to the property. AWESOME!

This property is beautiful. The views are excellent. It is convenient to many restaurants and venues. Mariska, the property manager, is wonderful. She was the best hostess. She is so friendly. We truly enjoyed our summer vacation.

Maritza was very helpful with getting us to our room and settling in. She even Drove us from the airport to our room. She answered all our questions and had great suggestions on things to do.
Our biggest complaint is the cleanliness or lack there of in the room. There was hair everywhere! Even in the freezer! It was every dusty and the floors hadn’t been swept in a long time. It seemed as if no one had been there in quite some time. There were used Qtips and other miscellaneous pieces or trash on the balcony as well.
The AC unit in the bedroom got a little loud at night but wasn’t a big deal.
The congestion of the parking garage was a bit nerve racking when coming in and out but still more of a convenience than a nuisance.
The convenience of a working kitchen was excellent! We cooked breakfast every morning! All utensils, pots and pans were provided and in good condition! Also having a washer and dryer was a big help. We even joked about doing as much laundry on vacation as we did at home!🤣
The location of the property is excellent! Being in walking distance from so many great restaurants and shops! Plus the beach entrance is very close as well.
Overall it was one of our best vacations we’ve ever taken and if more attention is paid to cleaning we would recommend and definitely stay again!
