Muy buena, pero con detallitos.

Me encanta este hotel por la ubicación y el precio. Siempre que voy a Gdl, me hospedó ahí.

Lamentablemente esta última vez, no fue de mi total agrado debido a que no había agua caliente y el escusado tenía mucho óxido por el agua.

Terrible

The room was terrible, the mattress was hard seven had rips the windows didn’t lock and it doesn’t have air conditioning.

Meh. Used it for 9 hrs for 1 night.

I think overall it was clean.

It's VERY outdated, the beds are very cheap and also the pillows, it was very uncomfortable.

An honest review

Staff was friendly.

Someone left drugs in my room. My guess is that previous guest(s) did it. I left one day earlier for this.

i wouldn’t stay here again

the room wasn’t cleaned after 7 nights Accomadation. very insecure (door locks) no night time security. scum in the shower, very old and stained towels and bed sheets. very noisy clientele. no hot water, very weak WiFi signal

Friendly comfortable place in historic centro.

Excellent location! I could see and hear the cathedral from my room. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and an actual bathtub. On site restaurant had great food and great prices. Staff in hotel and restaurant were EXCELLENT. I arrived early and was allowed to wait in lobby until a room became available. Within 20 minutes they had a room ready. The nicest people and a very comfortable stay.

My only negative thing is that the WiFi in my room was very slow, however, each floor has comfy sofas and chairs with floor to ceiling windows where the WiFi works great. The building is solid so I’m guessing it’s difficult to get a good signal into all the rooms. Also, my own fault—no air conditioning but I would have seen that if I read the description better. There was a ceiling fan that kept me comfortable.

I didn’t like anything

There was no air conditioner, beds were dirty, pillows were yellow, boogers were on the wall, and the pictures that are on your website are lies because the hotel rooms look nothing like the ones on your website

To hire people as attentive as Lina is to hold an Ace in hour hands.

The attention. Lina the woman in charge of reception was the best, she handle everything with dedication, efficiency and kindness. Her service made the difference.

The Rooms were not properly cleaned, I had to change rooms 2 times.

Nice location. Super Cheap. Not clean. Not secure or safety.

Pretty good location. Super cheap.

Windows are Open all the time. Doesn’t have a Lock at all. Not safety inside for items. And it’s noisy and cold. And it needs more cleaning everywhere.

Good budget hotel

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great within walking distance to Centro. There is cafes and restaurants around. This hotel has a lift which is not common in budget hotels. The stairwell is interesting (in a good way) in its location and shape. Currently being renovated.

It was a surprise that the room I had a shower over the bath, which I do not like. For me hopefully the bath goes in the renovations. The furniture is a little tired but still functional. There is no air conditioner but has an effective fan, my room had a little refrigerator which worked well.

Great location

The location was good. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant had s good selection on their menu.

The room was a bit tired but they are renovating at the moment so I would be excited to return and see the renovated rooms. The main thing I did not like was the shower over the bath but hope the renovations fix that.
