Decent for a night to stay but staff and bathrooms not so clean. Wouldn’t recommend it if you like a relaxing night.

The property was simple, decent and centrical.

I found humid toilet paper on the frame of the bathroom door, they didn’t offer a security box and it’s extremely noisy because two bars are nearby and the rooms are too close to each other. The Internet is slow.

A visit to Guadalajara

Moved us to a bigger room with 2 windows so much brighter. Very close to Centro area so a short walk. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. A/C made it comfortable in the rooms. Lots of hot water for showers.

The room 105 had no windows other than a small one to indoor courtyard. No hair dryer which would have been nice.

Viaje al castillo de Dracula

Ubicacion;

Viejo,lugubre,todas las ventanas dan al corredor de un patio interior, es decir, que si no cierras las cortinas no tienes intimidad he incluso con las cortinas abiertas no hay apenas luz, ya que el patio tambien está cubierto; aunque sea renovado, todo, es muy rancio, muebles, decoración, la televisión funcionaba fatal y se veía muy mal, no hay Wi-Fi solo en el lobby, y no hay apenas enchufes tan solo en el lavabo, con lo que no puedes conectar dos dispositivos cerca de ti en la cama por ejemplo; en la cama tenía debajo de las sábanas con una funda de plástico muy desagradable, que, además dar calor hacia ruido continuamente;

Es war leider nur okay und ich würde nicht mehr dort übernachten.

Die Lage war okay, das extra zu bezahlende Frühstück auch. Der Nachtportier ist angenehm.

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein winzig kleines Fenster und war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde eine klar erkannbar befleckte Bett-Decke ausgetauscht. Der Tages-Rezeptionist ist nur bedingt freundlich und bereitete uns keinen besonders herzlichen Empfang.

Stairway to Heaven...😮🙂

It comes down to the traditional coviencies; bed, pillows, cabinets, towels, shower, toilet, lighting, blankets - it all came together at Don Quijote.

Climbing the stairway to my room, a bit much at 70 plus.

The location of the property is the best you can find. It is very very clean and the A/C works great for the Gdl heat.

I found the rooms very small but it’s ok for a few days but could be a inconvenience when staying longer.

Great location for very reasonable price

The location of the property is excellent if you like the historic center. The AC works great, even though they were having extremely high temperatures. And the staff was very friendly.

there was a plastic sheet below the regular sheets, which perhaps is more sanitary, but it feels a little weird

the hotel is beautiful, and located in the city center

In the first room we were given the WC didn’t work. in the second the AC wouldn’t change from 25 degrees Celsius.

Good location and service, could do better on cleanliness

The hotel has a great location for staying in the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decoration of the hotel is nice. The room was of a decent size. The wifi is perfectly usable for traveling needs. There is AC.

The cleanliness is a bit suspect. Based on previous reviews we checked for bedbugs, but found no evidence of them, though we did eventually have a small cockroach visit the room. The sheets and towels aren't unusable, but they're not perfectly white clean either. The bathroom was usable, though it too could use a slightly better scrub. The room has basically no sound proofing at all, so you do depend on the other guests and the street to keep quiet, but at least during our stay that was the case and we had no issues with noise. The TV is not a smart TV, so you can't watch your own streaming content, but it does offer the option to change the program audio to English.

Nice bath room, nice looking court yard in center.

AC not working very well, matters cover on bed was plastic and made bed very sweet. Hotel resturant refused to serve us??? Just ignored us while serving Mexicans around us.?????

Nice small hotel in a great location. Very clean and friendly staff.

They offer a breakfast special at 119p which is convenient but okay.

Good if you get a great deal in prices

The price, clean, friendly staff and near the center.

The place has a very old vibe with kind of a run down look that goes with the Quijote theme, but didn't like the worn out towels and bathtub... I also understand that with low prices you get a rowdy clientele sometimes and you need to protect the mattresses but they should hide the plastic covering under some soft mattress covers that way you are not feeling, hearing and receiving heat from the plastic directly under the thin bed sheet.... Internet not very stable.
