El lugar está céntrico comodo muy espacioso, la cama es comoda la vista de la suite es interesante en la esquina está un seven eleven y todo te queda muy cerca caminando si lo recomiendo

Que después de usar el jacuzzi termino lleno de tierra como si no lo usarán en mucho tiempo o no tuviera la limpieza adecuada

La ubicación del lugar era ideal a mi itinerario, la cama es muy cómoda

Hacen mucho ruido desde muy temprano como las recamaristas y los huéspedes es lo único que siempre he tenido conflicto

Central location Hotel was beside metro station which allowed for quick transfer to Bus Station

The place was very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was friendly except for the servers in the hotel restaurant never smiled and seemed quite bored. The ambience in the lobby was cheerful. The furniture was comfortable and big windows in the lobby gave a nice view of the street and lit up the place with lots of light/sun. The receptionists spoke both English and Spanish and were very helpful and kind. I loved the lounge where you could get a nice drink and relax.

I didn't like the bathroom. There was no bright or natural light. It was small, so I felt claustrophobic. The water pressure in the shower was low.

I was greeted, and my information was taken. At no time was I told that in order to purchase services or meal, that i need to leave a credit card. So my surprise was that I ordered room service and it came with the bill for payment before delivery of the food. Just to let you know it wasn't the best experience. Also the food I ordered left a lot to be desired. A burger, extremely greasy, not even close to the pictures in the in the menu.

Comfortable Hotel, Good food service late at night, right in front of the local subway train station

The location is around 12 blocks away from the Catedral of Guadalajara, Teatro Degollado. They have room service, 24/7. Which coming late at 10.00 pm is a life saver. This weekend of 03/31/2023, around 9.00 pm. the city had a show with images, music, and narrative of Guadalajara, for free!!!! Something very surprising, and unexpected, it is sponsored by the City of Guadalajara.

The noise early in the morning, or late at night coming from the main Street Juarez Avenue.

Will definitely stay at Hotel Portobelo again.

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, excellent shower, amazing bed. English staff available at reception and very helpful. Great location in Centro. Metro line # 2 outside hotel entrance. Excellent value.

The only suggestions I have is to put a fridge in the room and a better internet connection.

For the couple of nights it's ok

The hotel itself is not bad for the price. The bathroom is very tiny, even though I am not that big. The location is close to everything, but when you go out the area is just too busy with a lot of weird people. Even oxxo locked their refrigerators so no one can still. Also the restaurant is terrible. We went once for breakfast and we were very disappointed.

Overall, great.

The place is clean, modern, well maintained and has a restaurant and cocktail lounge. The food is good, the staff are all excellent. The bed was very comfortable..

The lighting in the rooms is a bit too low. In particular, the lighting in the bathroom is just terrible. So poor I found it difficult to shave and even harder to put my contact lenses in. This is weird, because it is actually obvious and an easy fix.
