Location and Facility are ideal for GDL

The room is spacious. The bed was cozy. The hotel staff was very nice to show us where everything was in the room. I think my Mom got our room as it had a couch and ours did not. It didn't matter as we were tired and wanted to go to bed. During the night, the AC was loud at times, and seemed to have trouble keeping the room cool as it was humid.

Vidrios en la comida del restaurante

La ubicación e instalaciónes son muy buenas

En los alimentos del restaurante en uno de nuestros platillos nos salieron vidrios el mesero en ningún momento se ofreció a cambiar el platillo solo dijo le preguntaré a la cocinera que pasó. Al inicio del servicio solo nos tomo una parte de la orden le comentamos que ordenariamos otro platillo y ya solo regreso a completar la orden. El restaurante carecía de iluminación nada agradable el lugar desmerece con el resto del hotel

LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL Y COMODIDAD

EL SERVICIO DEL / LA MESERA. No sabía con que se acompañaba cada plato. Nos dijo con algo y nos entregaron con otro acompañamiento. Deberían capacitar al personal como debe ser. Un mesero debe conocer todo con respecto a los platos de la carta.

Wonderful accommodation in central Guadalajara

I love staying at this hotel. It is a perfect location; a few minutes walk to the metro, shopping, restaurants …. The rooms are large, with a sitting area, and the cleanliness is to be admired. Having a bar and restaurant on site is a bonus.

I found the pillows a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful hotel in Centro Guadalajara!!

The hotel room is wonderful; a large space with a sitting area, comfortable bed, and very clean and modern. The location is very good - a few minutes walk to the metro system, park, shopping and restaurants/food stalls. The staff were excellent; very well trained. There is a good restaurant and bar on site and spa services.

Great location and price!

Staff was amazing and very attentive! We dropped off our luggage early morning and returned late at night as to enjoy the entire day. Easy process! Once arrived, staff was upbeat and hospitable. Beautiful decor. Walking distance of the cathedral! Delicious breakfast buffet. Great stay for the room price! Provides all the room amenities. Comfort.

The stay for the price was of great $68 value though their restaurant prices are steep. Breakfast for two was $69. More than the stay.

Stay away from this place,

The location is very good. At the top of the hill, right close to the plaza. Pedro was very nice - -he even went down the street to help me with the luggage and carried up the stairs to the room. He called at night to make sure I had made it back to the hotel at night, since I didnt check in at night. it was a nice touch.

There was no coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave in the room. There was no elevator and only way into hotel were narrow and steep stairs on which non-guest people were always sitting on and reluctant to move out of the way when hotel guests are entering or exiting the hotel. The room had only one power outlet behind the TV, so you could watch TV or charge your phone but not both at same time. Lighting was horrible in the room. It had one dingy lightbulb in the ceiling fan. There was a lamp by the bed, which was useless, since there was no power outlet by the beds, only behind the TV high on the wall. The windows could not be opened, so the room had no ventilation. Luckily, the windows had curtains other wise you'd have a direct and clear line of sight from the bed to reception desk. Ridiculous. There was nowhere to place luggage other than on the floor or bed. The TV had to be moved to the side in order to have somewhere to place and open luggage. The backroom sink was falling off the wall, and was held in place by a bent metal rod under it. This hotel should not be advertised to tourists until all these shortfalls are corrected. If you like comfort staying in colonial times buildings is a BIG NO NO.
