Beautifully styled hotel with a fabulous pool, although it did get very busy. Great position near the beach and town with glorious views out to sea.
Having to pay for parking and breakfast
4.3
Breakfast was good when you eventually received it.
The exit door !!
The air conditioning was not working properly
Cosy room was not good. The headroom was awful- banged our heads on several occasions
No where in the bathroom to put your things on ie a shelf
Kettle had to be boiled on bedside table
Takes ages for reception to pick up phone or get back to you
Lift needs modernisation
Not enough staff on reception desk
4.3
- Lovely decor
- Clean
- Incredibly comfy beds
- Poor value for money
- Poor communication
- Not enough sun loungers at the pool or beds in the spa area
- One tiny lift for the whole complex (can only just fit a wheelchair in) takes up to 10/15 minutes to wait for the lift because it is in constant use. This should be kept for those with mobility issues only.
4.3
Expensive Price to pay to park daily

Absolutely amazing hotel and experience, we came for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations.. it was like being abroad rooms were very clean & the pool area was spotless
The staff came across quite stuck up & the cleaners couldn’t speak English or understand what we was saying.
4.3
Loved the pool! the reception staff was very helpful.
Loved the room, specious!
Location next to the beach which was very nice.
Car park! Small and expensive.
Z bed in the room very poor quality and flimsy.
Not having enough towels for the sun beds.
Not enough sun beds to be honest.
Continental breakfast had not much choice. Not enough fresh fruit. Cooked breakfast on other hand was very nice.
If you choose Latte it’s extra £4 charge.
Kids play area is cute but not much stuff is actually working. No ball, or low battery…
4.3
Modern clean
Unfortunately the food in the new restaurant was very over priced and not that great
4.3
Decor was nice
- room unsafe for toddler: room door opened onto a car park with no safety lock. A safety gate was promised but they were unable to install this. Glass corners on bedside tables were sharp. Blind cords did not have safety features installed.
- valet parking was shockingly bad. I was given my keys and told to get my car. I had to ask where my car was and a finger was pointed in the general direction. I found my car blocked in by other cars. Eventually they moved the other cars but I couldn’t get my things in it as the boot was right up against the bush. They then moved my car and I loaded the car but couldn’t get out of the gate. I had to find the attendant again to open the gate so I could exit the car park.
- impossible to get hold of reception on the phone for requests eg. Help with luggage (I had to do it myself) and to ask for basic amenities that ought to have been in the room eg. Bath mat. Lack of communication - when I got hold of them to request a porter this was not communicated; after waiting for ages I left my room to find the porter myself and the message had not been passed onto him
- not buggy friendly: no step free access to outdoor swimming pool and drinks area, lift is tiny and buggy barely fits in
- staff generally unempathetic and not particularly warm and helpful

Lovely stay, Everything was perfect, great room, good food and drinks...
Nothing

Swimming pool was superb as was the view from the terrace.
The bathroom was tiny, totally inadequate but the shower was superb! Parking is limited and costs £27 per day.
4.3
Bright and fun looking and not too large from place to place . Fab spa and super warm outdoor pool.
The better rooms are expensive with sea view or garden rooms which are dog friendly. Bournemouth is lovely but it’s not Miami south beach so I feel the prices should be more sensible £800 for a garden room is way to step. Or £500 for sea view. The cheaper rooms are lovely but awful views.
4.3
Het zwembad
Heel veel lawaai zowel binnen het hotel als van buiten op straat
4.3
Nice hotel with quality clientele and lovely staff
Expensive! Room rate aside, £27 per night to park, £22 per head for breakfast (plus additional charge for anything other than filter coffee), £4 for mixers in spirits, etc.
4.3
The decor, location, facilities & valet parking
Nothing

Great location, good room size and excellent bathroom / shower. The hotel has some excellent facilities and views.
The hotel itself is good but is it worth the hefty price - I don't think so. Other hotels in the area offer some good facilities at far lower price.
4.3
Super cool please - fun and family friendly with loads of style and great service.

Lovely setting , rooms and facilities were great .
We thought the evening menu was a little dull and over priced. My husband and 15 year old struggled to chose and they pretty much eat anything. My older sons burger was very average and a bit undercooked. There was no real option apart from the formal menu for lunch or a snack.
In contrast the breakfast was lovely

This hotel is amazing! So clean fresh and vibrant!
Only that the fire alarm went off 4 times in the night but that couldn’t be helped and the staff were fantastic

Everything was amazing enjoyed my stay so much :)

The hotel was amazing. We stayed in a garden suite. The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfy, smart tv with built in netflix ect, lovely bathroom with free standing bath and a huge rainfall shower. The huge plus of the garden suite was the private terrace and hot tub. We loved the room and hotel so much we ended up adding on a late checkout because we just did not want to leave.
We loved everything!
4.3
Amazing customer service with a special thanks to Peresh who was very attentive with helping me book for a large team. Everyone was very accommodating cheerful which added to our great experience.
Hotel is clean, smells amazing, spa is exceptional. We had the best time. The rooms are spacious clean and the decor is beautiful. Food was great and so were the drinks.
I will be back with my family in the summer.

The Decor is so light and bright and airy, it’s literally transports you away the minute you walk in the door.
The staff are amazing and so friendly! they all
work so hard and can’t do enough to help.
They really no how to make someone feel
special on an occasion visit with a beautiful chocolate wishes plate, it’s a lovely touch!
the location is just fabulous with sea views and so close to town, but far enough away to not see the chaos of town, the hotels facilities mean you don’t have to go anywhere as it has its own beach, pool, cinema, kids club, bikes, restaurant and bar and gardens to sit in or join a yoga class.
The bedrooms are beautiful and our bed was so comfortable it was amazing, a cute little bar and a Nespresso machine to make yourself a nice coffee and so yummy homemade cookies. The toiletries are just wonderful and smell amazing and nice big bottles so you won’t run short
well this Hotel is doing so much right, and I know the swimming pool is going to be completely re-done in a new location but there could do with a few more loungers around the pool. And just top of the towels a little more regularly
4.3
room was excellent really comfy bed
valet parking for £20 is expensive as most people will be travelling with their cars!
4.3
The facilities & staff
It was expensive

Beautiful hotel and facilities
Appalling service and clientele. Ridiculous wait times for drinks. Heard it referred to several times as an ‘instagram’ hotel. Couldn’t agree more. All style and absolutely no substance. A real shame - great renovation but need to employ staff (or give training) who understand what service really means and how to deliver on it.
4.3
Amazing service! Should be a 5 star! Couldn't do enough for you and fabulous location! Such a comfortable bed!! Great sea view. Amazing Tiien Thai nearby!
4.3
excellent furnishings and clean. shower was amazing. Great location and would love to be there in summer.
The staff particularly by the bar area looked disinterested and not motivated. was not attentive and seemed to prefer killing time in a quiet bar by talking and messing around with one another than to look after guests by checking in or seeing glasses empty. Once they engaged in service; it was not friendly and i felt an inconvenience rather than a guest. Front of house / reception was fantastic.
4.3
Room was excellent, cosy room. Very well equipped. Very good products.

Love the breakfast area .. the weather was bad so outdoor pool covered up in July 🙈.. bad weekend to choose ..
Nothing really but can’t have massage or join exercise class in spa unless you book in advance .. so not great if a last minute booking .. should have spaces for guests ..also more staff at weekend as bedroom wasn’t cleaned until very late afternoon …
4.3
Decoration in the entire place was Beautiful.
The bed was so large and the best sheets I’ve slept in! The shower was powerful and the outdoor pool was such a perfect temperature. All staff we came across was extremely attentive and friendly. I can’t wait to come back!
The only small thing I’d say is that our meal in the restaurant was slightly on the colder side. I had a fillet steak it was nice but could have done with being abit hotter. I didn’t send it back because it was cooked well. Also it was a shame the fire pit wasn’t open or the large day beds.
4.3
The hotel itself is beautiful, great swimming pool.
The staff were extremely unhelpful. We had to ask for several things numerous times before they were done.
