location and the people working and many guests
Too noisy, when people walk it bangs on your wall, head, all the time. NO other way.

i love it here! this is my second stay i stayed for 10 nights in March and 3 nights in May.
as soon as I came back on the second visit I was warmly welcomed by the staff and instantly made friends in my room. the layout of the kitchen and commons area with outside is really sociable and is a great place to meet up, eat, chat and have fun! the beds are comfy, they clean the dishes for you and provide tea, coffee, rice and pasta so it’s great value for money! I’d definitely come back again :)

Great location and friendly staff
Lack of respect of the other guests in the room, speaking loud and coming in and out after 11pm

Very nice place. Also nice and cool in the rooms.
Too few sockets even if always shared

Lovely customer servicers and they made me feel super welcome. Also its awesome that you can hire/borrow surfboards from the Hostel! The atmosphere were really welcomed and worth to money eventough there were some things that I didn’t like it.
Messy room, and the aircondition didn’t work so there was suuuuper hot to sleep. The hostel was full of British people who had their own ”community” so felt a bit hard to go and speak for them. Middle of the night some 2 stranger guys came to sleep our room, they left at the morning when I saw them, but they didn’t belong to that room. Toilets are messy and there isn’t aircondition at all. Pretty messy place but didn’t expected any better for the money. (Also not nice that they take 100$ deposit for the key usually places took 20$)

the recepcionist and the toilet floor was always wet

The welcoming personnel is very caring and friendly and tries his best to manage the guests and make the stay enjoyable. The location is great very close to the beach and snorkeling gear is available for borrow from the backpacker hostel.
Considering the democratics of the guests is mostly young backpackers coming for working holiday it is hard for the owner to keep up with the cleaning.
6.0 / 10.0
Very social, close to the beach
Rooms are cramped and packed full with bunk beds, no space at all for luggage storage in the room, hardly any plug sockets/none by the beds. Showers flooded floor/poor drainage.
