Great location and pool
Could use a small fridge in the room
4.5 / 5.0
Nice outdoor area with pool and shady sitting space. Quiet location with a convenient food store across the street. Very comfortable mattress. Friendly staff.
It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room and a place to re-fill it.

As a 3 stars hotel I was happy to find it clean and comfortable for my stay.
The water pressure was excellent and the water was hot.
The area is closed to the centre and ADO station.
The breakfast was 120pesos, and it was ok, nothing special.

Room was great. Staff was aloof. Location superb. It was quiet which was wonderful. Bed was also comfy.
We asked staff through the Booking app to schedule a taxi to the airport at 645am the next day. When we arrived, we confirmed the time and she said "200 pesos." Next.morning a new girl was at rhe front.desk. I reconfirmed with her that the taxi was coming. She had no idea and called for one. They arrived later than our request but luckily we still arrived in time but for $180 pesos according to the taxi driver. I don't care about the $20 peso difference really but it was surprising that it was a different price. Anyways... it was really just the original lady at the desk that seemed disinterested in helping us muxh and apparently didn't call for the taxi? Just a little frustrating as we definitely asked for it twice and could have missed our plane had they been much later.

4th floor walk up - no real balcony facing street- a bit noisy

Pool.
Maybe one-two deck chair or beach chair next to pool will be great.

The location was close to the square and everything else you could want to do in town. The check in was simple and the person behind the desk was very nice. The room was good size and very clean. The breakfast was good and included with the cost of the room. Great stay and would definitely stay here again

Good breakfast
Pretty far away from the beach

Nice clean hotel. Very pretty pool. Good breakfast. Good location. Close to town square (5 minute walk) so easy to get to restaurants etc. But very quiet at night which is a plus for sleeping. About a mile and a half or 2km from the beach walkable or a quick taxi ride. This is not a luxury stay but a pleasant small hotel. Sweet balcony off room. Good AC and hot water
No drinking water in room. Towels were small and thin

A very good place to stay in Crucecita. The room was spacious and had air-condition. The staff was helpful. There is a small swimming pool, which is a plus.

location, easy access
too noisy in the evening, with swimming pool full of families.

Our stay was lovely. The room was clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating, our special touches were lovely for my birthday, from my birthday note to the swans and flower petals. Thank-you so much!
No small refrigerator, not close to the beach, the breakfast was good, but more fruit could be provided. These were very small inconveniences. We loved our stay, and we would recommend the hotel to others.

Despite my confirmation stating many amenities such a " main floor , wheelchair accessible, tea kettle" , these did not exist. Size of room was admitted to be wrong by mgmt. Who blamed booking.com. only two towels were given despite a request for a hand towel. After a complait was made to booking.com, 2 more towels appeared magically. Strong sewage smell from toilet room+ sink in bedroom. Complimentary toiletries were the cheapest I have ever seen in plastic envelopes. Less than a one star motel.
See above. I didn't like being duped. I didn't like my valid complaints being dismissed by a rude manager.

Location was great. Quiet and safe but close walking to all. Staff could not have been nicer! Always accommodating.
Beds could definitely use a pillow upgrade. Should have 4 pillows for a king size. The 3 we had were small and lumpy.

Friendly staff (especially Irma) , spoke a bit English and otherwise really slow Spanish so we could understand, nice location. Very happy to have stayed here. We can recommend.

Poorly setup

Location not to far from the plaza but I would not recommend staying here! I spoke to natives and they recommended other hotels that won’t steal your money.
I would give this place 0 stars, if possible. There’s other hotels that were recommended by native people. I wanted to exchange my dollars into pesos and when went to grab my money from the suitcase, my money was gone. One of their staff looked through my suitcase and stole my money in (dollars) when spoke to mariela Garcia she was very unprofessional and stated why wasn’t it placed in safe box. And insinuated that it was my fault. Didn’t apologies, didn’t offer any help. She then said we might have left the door open which we didn’t. The keys are given to the receptionist and the keys are left on the counter. I have not had this experienced before. I was not aware that if you didn’t leave your money in the safe box it was okay for their staff to look through your personal belongings and steal your money. I contacted the agency and the staff there didn’t answer their phones, until hours later. I asked to speak to the manager or someone else but Mariela refused and was rude and unprofessional. She insinuated that we lied because there is no way the cleaning lady would steal. I didn’t state it was the cleaning lady since all the staff has access to the keys. She then in a mocking manner stated to contact the police. ( if you are a foreigner you know calling the police wont really help and you will have to give them money) However, they have cameras right above our door. Nothing was done. Tried speaking to another staff but given the same answer that why wasn’t it in the safe box. The worse experience I have had and being stranded in a foreign country. Do not stay here, find another hotel. Where you will feel safe and comfortable leaving the hotel and leaving personal belongings unattended.

the location was great, bed comfortable, room clean, staff friendly and helpful. Also really enjoyed our balcony. Would stay again
no drinking water left in the room, a bit noisy, although functioning air conditioning, no hair dryer or refrigerator was a bit of a bummer. Breakfast was not all that great

4th froor and no elevator, terrible smell because of the pipes of the bathroom, very small beds. The size of the room was much smaller than they advertise

Great staff, always helpful, changed rooms for us when we asked without hesitation, owners are on site and run everything smoothly, 24 hour security, nice larger pool than most, quiet in the evenings, good cable and strong internet for work
Breakfast - fruit or cereal would be good

This small hotel is exceptional. The hotel has character, it is very clean, hygiene protocols are maintained. Staff are pleasant, helpful and professional. I found it very relaxing and quiet. They also serve a delicious breakfast.
Can't think of anything just now.
