Mucho que desear

El complejo es lindo

La alberca estaba súper sucia, la regadera que teníamos estaba descompuesta, la ventila del aire no se quedaba fija donde queríamos, muy lentos en el aseo, tenías que pedir la limpieza, no pusieron cobijas más que dos sábanas.

Less than average.

Location and covered parking were the only advantages as there is little to no parking in downtown Merida.

The property did not have blankets available, no refrigerator, no microwave. Shower stall missing half door. Floors appeared they hsdn’t been swept and mopped properly; feet soles got dark after walking bare footed.

Extremely overpriced one star hotel

Hot water and comfy bed

Dirty sheets, a live cockroach, stained doors, one missing glass door on the shower, a horrific smell from the bathroom drains constantly, room not being soundproofed at all so you can hear everyone in the corridors and in the pool, and the toilet clogging

Good location for Merida

Location to town centre, free parking nearby

Shower pressure kept coming and going, aircon leaked, Housekeeping talking loudly outside the rooms on the third floor, the whole place is under renovation and there was some dust/noice

Superb

The room itself was pretty comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of really nice restaurants and microbreweries as well as cultural attractions. From the room I got you had a nice view of the cathedral spires in the skyline.

The bathroom was tiny, which in an of itself wouldn't normally be a problem but if you're using the toilet and you have long legs you're gonna had to do it sideways.

Great hotel we always stay there when we travel to Merida and surroundings

Second room they moved us to was too small barely could walk around the beds

glad that we only spent here two nights because it was awful

the location was fine

because of the 'pool' in the hotel, our entire room smelled like chlorine. the room didn't really have any good windows to let the smell out. there was little space for your stuff and the shower was dirty. the bed missed the fitted sheet so we either had to lay on the mattress or sleep without a blanket. the airconditioning was leaking a lot of water. there was no other ventilation in the room. also the pool itself was so full of chlorine that it looked disgusting

It’s ok if you don’t have any other options.

I like the location.

It is noisy at night, the windows doesn’t close well, you can hear the cars passing. It is not well cleaned.

The location is good and it is cheap.

When we arrived in our room we noticed the sheets had not been changed and were quite dirty. We were put into a new room. This room was better. The floors and bathroom were not the cleanest. WiFi was also terrible.

Nice, but drains would keep me from booking again for the price point in Mérida.

There were several renovations

The sinks were stopped up, shower water didn't drain well. Yuck! The building was very humid, seemed a haven for mold. The location was slightly remote to the grand plaza.

Superb

Great Location if you want to be dowtown. Small rooms, just for rest.. In my opinion it is good for solo or couple travel. Has an elevator for those who need it. They offer free parking. Has small pool to refresh in the middle of the hotel.

Very small, but some places in the area offer similar room sizes.
